A wonderful business!! We contracted with them for 17 years for our septic maintenance and what a great company! Indigo and their staff are so service oriented When our septic started showing signs of failing they went out of their way to work with the Health Department to find a more affordable solution than what was proposed I highly recommend this company!!

I've used Indigo for 19 years for septic general inspection and maintenance and they are amazing! We had an issue this afternoon with our Septic, called and a REAL person answered and they sent out a crew within hours. They then walked us through recommendations for next steps and have been outstanding. A+++ knowledge and service.

Indigo Design perfomed the O&M for my Glendon septic system and we're great to work with.

Such great service, Jay and the team are friendly, responsive and super professional. We had an alarm go off on our septic system on a weekend and Jay jumped on a call within an hour to help us figure out what was going on and to get it resolved quickly. I wish all of the companies we worked with to maintain our home were like Indigo, seriously impressed with them.

It takes the technicians 30-40 minutes for the inspection and to send the report. I have had problems with the alarm and they said to just turn it off when that happens rather than fix the problem. They are not responsive to my needs. When they do come out, they do a good job.

Annual Monitoring and Maintenance report listed a leaking Riser. Neither another contractor nor I could find the leak. But it was reported to the county and now I have to do a costly repair that does not exist.
