The entire experience was great. They were very professional, courteous, and engaging. From the first call to set up the appointment until the follow-up after they were gone, their concern for our needs and input was apparent and very appreciated. They were prompt. worked quickly. and did a fantastic job. The carpets look great and I would highly recommend them.
