My partner and I had been considering solar for a while. I did a lot of research into several different companies and decided to go with Power Trip for several reasons. For starters, they actually came out and looked at the property, rather than just using a computer generated model. Further, they answered all my questions promptly and were honest and fair in their quotes. The system has been stellar since we had it installed in August 2022. Now that we're considering an extension to our array, we'll definitely be going with Power Trip again.

The Power Trip folks are very professional and knowledgeable about Solar installations. Even though I had to pay up front $150.00 for a technician to come out and measure and answer any questions I had about solar power, it was worth it! I learned many things about solar installations. Although we did not select the Power Trip company to do the solar installation at our home, I would still recommend them for their prompt and professional responses, and I have no doubt that I would have been satisfied with any work they might have done.

When we renovated our home, we decided to iinstall solar energy panel on our roof. We found Power Trip when we went to the Solar Tour in Port Townsend, WA and were able to speak to many of their customers directly. Everyone raved about them and the quality of work they do. Power Trip had the latest, most efficient panels, which I may add are better looking that all the other panels we have seen, available. Some companies we talked to only represented one or two manufacturers, but Power Trip had a variety to choose from. They communicated very well taking all the time we needed to understand our options and what would work best for us. They worked very well with our contractor who was doing a major renovation on our home. They were always on time and finished everything when they said they would. Even though we had to pay travel time since we live so far from Port Townsend, we chose them and are VERY happy we did. They had installed more solar panel systems than any other company we talked to and we wanted someone who truly knew all the ins and outs of solar energy. They taught us about our system and how to know what everything means about kilowatt hours, etc. The price was competitive, plus we received the 30% Tax Credit (not reflected in the cost I filled in above). The system has now been up and running for a year and all is perfect! We produced even more energy than was estimated! They are a fantastic company that I recommend to all!

They're very conscientious. They provide new, state-of-the-art service. Their price was very reasonable as well.
