+ -1 moreI called today when they were late for the 2nd scheduled appointment. I spoke to a lady in the office (Marsha). When I asked when I might expect them to arrive I got "well, we're pretty busy" and "I'm not sure when we could do the work. We were trying to do a bid just by reading your inspection report." Not professional in the office. I respect their time by making an appointment, but they don't respect mine by calling when they can make it or honoring appointments.
Description of Work: I called to make appointments for bids twice. They didn't show up for either. When I called to see when I might expect them, I got excuses and non-commitment. Seriously?

+ -1 moreI like Mr. Eve who did the roofing. He was very professional. He was honest and helpful. He listened to what I had to say. The whole crew was very good. They worked really hard and they got the job done. I have had some issues with the gutters. I called them and they came back in the morning and took care of that problem. I would use their service in the future.

Description of Work: Minor roof repairs to the flashing around our chimney. The repair did not work and when we attempted to get them back out they never showed up or returned our calls despite our offering them more money.
