septic tank
+ -1 moreWe have used this company before for huge family gatherings at the same location. We rent portable toilets from them. The toilets are always there on time, picked up on time, and the delivery/removal is handled by people. They have also suggested that we reduce the number of units we order for them, based on their experience. They saved us quite a bit of money and they were absolutely right that we didn't need the amount we were prepared to rent. We've been working with Good Man for four or five years. They will always be our first choice.
Description of Work: We had a plugged septic and a clog in a drain pipe on Labor Day Weekend. We called Good Man Sanitation and booked an appointment. The earliest appointment was a week away and as the crisis grew, we decided to see if we could find someone available sooner. We did. But we forgot to cancel the Good Man appointment. They arrived as scheduled at our location, which is a long long way from anywhere. And even though it was really our fault not to have contacted them and canceled the appointment, they still did not charge us. This was unexpected until we thought about it and realized that these people have always been very considerate.

+ -1 moreNICE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. EMPLOYEES ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. THE COMPANY DUG UP THE SEPTIC AREA TO FIND THE TRAP AND THEY EMPTIED THE SEPTIC TANK. GREAT COMPANY TO HAVE SUCH A NASTY JOB DONE.
Description of Work: I HIRED GOOD MAN SANITATION TO COME EMPTY MY SEPTIC TANK. THEY DUG THE TRAP AND EMPTIED THE SEPTIC.
