 + 0 moreWork was fine, 4+ stars and generally on time. Billing was a zero-star fiasco. Owner refused to stand by the 'flat price bid' and insisted he be paid hourly instead, which was well above the bid. He made up crazy reasons for why he had to charge more, including the fact that he 'forgot to include some things on his bid', but that I would have to pay for his mistakes. Never again.
