AA Complete Solutions

The owner of this company is mean and dishonest. They did $10k worth of damage to my property and he has refused to reimburse me. Two years later I am still waiting and now I'm finding all kinds of short cuts that were taken that I now need to address and have redone. Don't use this company. Save yourself that pain and find an honest company to work with.

Inferior tile work install by inexperienced installer. Grout application inferior/grout cracking/holes in grout. Numerous tiles installed backwards. Streaked tiles, yellowing grout due to poor application of tile/grout sealer. Owner Clarence Wetherald refused to come and look at inferior finished product. He will not answer our phone calls. He told his tile installer to ignore our calls as well as his office employees in general. This company guarantees their work for a year. What recourse do we have? (This is so frustrating since the previous work done by another bonded/insured contractor resulted in leaks and moisture through the tile in shower, floors and down into the crawl space.) We are a retired couple on fixed income who have been stung twice by local contractors. We paid AA Complete Solutions in full on time.

Job went well considering complications carpenters came across in construction of chimney. The resulting work was a beautiful fireplace that complemented the size of the room and the setting of the house. AA has done two other jobs for us-- repairing and refinishing our decks and the siding of our house. On these jobs the work was outstanding as well. They have top-notch project managers, carpenters, masons and painters.

It turned out beautiful , I am very happy with it my neighbors have also commented on how lovely it is .

After calling **** Plumbing, they discovered some frozen pipes under the house and that it would cost me over $1000.00 to dig under the house if they could find someone. I spoke to the Clarence, the Manager of AA Complete Solutions and explained the situation. He was very welcoming to the situation and responsive and showed up to give a Free estimate in a timely manner. After evaluation. he had given me a call and described exactly what was going on and what we needed to do to correct the issue. We then made arrangements and I was very satisfied because my Mom and son were able to use their shower again. They even replace the fixtures that **** Plumbing took with them when they came out and tore it apart. By the way did I mention the hole they cut in her floor of the bathroom to look at the piping, only to find it was actually in the kitchen. I definitely recommend AA Complete Solution for all your maintenance needs. He is the best value in Port Townsend, Wa. and is a great honest hard working individual with customer satisfaction being #1. Truly a godsend, thank you Clarence.

Excellent planning and execution of a large complicated multi level deck. Took a but longer than originally projected but due to additional work added...not unexpected or out of line. Great crew, will use again

I know Clarence. He is very dependable. He's here when he say he would. He guarantees his work. He is licensed and bonded. It's just nice to somebody like him.

They did a beautiful job. The attitude is good. They were very appropriate. They were good and fair. They were reasonable. A pleasure to work with. Quality was great. Very well done. Would recommend them to anyone.
