Description of Work: I contacted the provider as theu had not contacted me! The provider informed me that they no longer are working with Angies list.. The provider, White Tornado Cleaning, told me they would contact Angies list to get me a refund. I was told this was taking place. Well the date for my move out has past and I paid a cleaning service and Angies list also.. Now, when i contacted Angies list about the sitution, I was told that the 30 day window had passed? So waht? They just keep my $250 because they were at fault with a provider on the list that claimed to be off the client list? So now I have paid $500 for a $250 cleaning service!

 + -1 moreThe provider showed up on time with one other person to deep clean my empty house. I was not there while they cleaned and that is my mistake. My mother went down after they cleaned and paid the bill. When I went in the next day I was horrified, there where holes in my sheetrock in four of the rooms from the carpet cleaner. Non of the baseboards were cleaned, the master bathroom floor did not even get vacuumed. When I called the owner she was very responsive and told me when she could meet to walk through the house. She showed up rushed and basically blew me off. She did not apologize for the holes in the sheet rock but stated she could fix them and told me that she could come back and wipe down the areas that were missed. I took a $50 refund and will bill her for the sheetrock repair which includes a entire corner that is broken off.

 + -1 moreI love it. They are very good and reasonable. I am very pleased with them. She is very reasonable for what they do. She comes through and evaluates it and she is upfront. Their responsiveness has been great.
Description of Work: White Tornado Cleaning Service is doing basic cleaning for me. They are mopping floors. They are vacuuming and dusting. They are basically doing the heavy cleaning because I have a prosthetic and it is harder for me to get into areas. They clean stoves and refrigerators, but I do not have them do mine.

 + -1 moreOn time, planned how it would go, made schedule for next cleaning. Good to hear eco friendly products would be used. One small issue the kitchen table wasn't dusted. Client needs to decide on furniture polish product for custom kitchen cabinets. Not sure how in depth the cleaning was but I am pleased with outcome.

Description of Work: Rescheduled multiple times; was going to have one person do the cleaning, yet, two showed up; fast they were, however, the quality of the cleaning left much to be desired. The individual who I first contacted was punctual, knowledgable of products, and had requested documentation for the service provided.

 + -1 moreAlicia has cleaned my house for several years. She is thorough and professional. My house is always sparkling upon completion. She is also very friendly to my kids and pets which I appreciate as much as the great cleaning. She is diligent at her work. She uses appropriate cleaning methods and solutions. She is very careful not to cause damage. She has also made recommendations in the past for troubled areas (shower door glass). She knows her stuff!
Description of Work: Alicia has cleaned my house weekly for over three years. She scrubs all bathroom surfaces, toilets, showers, and floors. She vacuums and dusts all surfaces in the bedrooms, office, playroom, and living room. She cleans all the extensive hard wood with damp mop. She also performs other tasks on a rotating schedule (i.e. dust blinds, knick knacks, picture frames).
