This was our first experience with listing our home. Ray Montero answered all of our questions, helped us know how to prep our home for optimal selling, and hired a professional photographer that made our home look it’s best. Our house sold very quickly for a good price with his help and advice. We appreciated how quickly he responded to our calls and emails and his timeliness in listing and responding to other agents.

My Real Estate Agent (Ray Montero) with Westsound Realty, was nothing less than the Consummate Professional through out our search to buy a home!! He is very professional, kind, knowledgeable, articulate and has a breadth of knowledge as it relates to Washington State area, that completely surpasses his colleagues. It's worth noting-that I went through 10 different realtors while looking for our home, and they were only interested in how much of a commission they would be making. Ray Montero was more interested in finding the home that we wanted, and he really made us feel like his commission was secondary to our needs, wants and desires in finding a home.
