Fantastic experience! I'd give them A+ if I could. Their price was actually $100 higher than my lowest estimate, but Mike King seemed so confident about being able to get the job done without damaging my roof, so I went with him, AND I DON'T REGRET IT. The job was scheduled in less than a week. The crew was big, and they finished the job in only five hours. They were all very friendly and professional. I didn't see anyone stop for a break, so they may have rotated some workers in and out to keep the job going non-stop. They followed all of my instructions, and did an AMAZING cleanup!! My driveway was clean from top to bottom, and every bit of debris was picked up and removed. It happened to be garbage pickup day in on my street, and they brought the can out to the garbage truck, then brought it back up to my garage at the end of the day! I was soooo impressed! An added plus was that their trucks didn't leak oil on my driveway, either. It seems that service providers always show up with leaky trucks that leave a mess.Mike waited to cash my check until I let him know that I was fully satisfied with the service they provided. I highly recommend Tree King, and will definitely use them again when I'm ready to remove some other problem trees I have on my property.

Called to schedule a free estimate. Mike said he would be out of town for the weekend but would call me the next Tuesday to let me know when he would be able to come out on Wednesday. Did not hear from him. Called him Wednesday and he did apologize and ended up coming that afternoon. I had already been given a bid and gave him the price. He beat it by $100. So I thought this was great. Let him know we needed the work done within a few weeks. He said no problem and I signed the estimate on the spot. That is the last time I ever heard from him except one text saying he was out of town again and a call to say he can't get cell service. I cancelled his service and went with the previous estimate we got. Overall I sent 3 emails and at least 8 calls trying to get the tree service scheduled. I don't know if he had estimate remorse but he should have been professional enough to say that. I would not recommend.

They did great. They really came in and helped out to get everything done on time and did a great job.

Called Mike King for an estimate. My intent was to keep the business in the local area, and Mike King is located in South Port Orchard. He answered the phone immediately, and arranged to take a look a the job later that afternoon. Since his estimate was very competitive, I requested he get to work ASAP. He was able to fit the job in to his schedule, a few days later. Mike came out with his crew and completed the task within an hour and half. No issues, work completed to my satisfaction.

It went great! We emailed Mike and he was in contact with us right away. He came out when it was convenient for us and was able to look at the tree and tell us it was fine and that he'd be happy to clean it up and even hang a swing for us while he was up there. We can't wait to have Mike come back to our home this fall so he can have our Giant Maple looking it's best and we are so excited about having a swing added to our amazing piece of paradise.

The job went great. They were prompt, cheerful and courteous. There were no problems. I would gladly hire these guys again.
