+ 1 moreThe cabinet is a large display cabinet in our front lobby. It is faded from sun damage. We were looking at getting it refinished in a darker stain and applying a few extra details. He had some great ideas and was very helpful.
Description of Work: We were looking at getting a display cabinet refinished. He was the only person in the area that responded to help me out. Although we have not had the cabinet done yet, he has been good about maintaining contact.

Description of Work: Doug is a contractor for Home Depot to install doors. We purchased a new front door and storm door, and Doug is one of their installers. He was truly professional in all respects. The door fit perfectly. He cleaned up all trash and debris before he left, and informed me that if there was any problem to call him immediately. I will contact him again for any home carpentry projects.

+ -1 moreWe had a leaky old shower, had been trying for almost 2 yrs. to get someone to do it. None of the locals seemed interested, so we went to Home Depot. Purchased the materials there and they provided us with a contractor, namely Doug Straight. He was just awesome! He completed the work in less than 3 days ( he was the sole installer). He was exact in everything he did. He was always on time and completed whatever portion in the time he told us he would. We recommend him highly to anyone who is getting a remodel in their bathroom or whereever else. When we have saved up enough to get a new front door with 2 side lites, he'll be the first number we call. Also, after that we're going to get a new sliding glass door for our family room, he's our guy! On a scale of one to 10, he's a 20!
