Jim came out on a Saturday just before Christmas and gave me an estimate for the job and when he would be available. Even with Christmas and New Years he was able to start on 2 Jan 2018. He and his 7 very polite, competent and professional crew showed up on time and started to work immediately. They used top of the line Gen 2 Malarkey shingles ([*** Link removed ***] with water and ice shield as the under layer and replaced all vents and 4 sheets of plywood on the house. Since the work was completed in Jan they had a protracted work day, but they worked until after dark to ensure the roofs were water tight prior to cleaning up for the day. The complete job was finished the next day. They would have finished the entire job in one day if I would have hired them in the summer, that was not an option due to a leak.

This is an excellent company with great team work. The work was top notched professional enterprise. Jim, owner, provided us with a competitive bid which included a breakdown of all services and estimated completion time of the services including our preferred Malarkey shingles. Our roof is 3,800 sq.ft. Our old roof was completely removed and replaced with a new roof . Ridge vent system installed on all ridges, some plywood replacement to accommodate new vent system and /or deterioration of old plywood. The crew was hard working and knowledgeable. The Eddie's crew of 6 to 7 roofers laid tarps around the house /cleaned up after each day . At the end of the project, Eddie and his crew put all the planters and hanging baskets back in their place. May even have left our house better than they found it. This work was completed in 3 days as per the contract. This company has quality workmanship,products and competitive bids. We would hire them again in a New York minute. Fantastic group to work with.

Rainy Day Roofing did an outstanding job on our house and outbuildings. Jim gave a prompt, affordable estimate and worked with us on options. Joey, Eddie, Craig, and Joe were amazing, thorough, pleasant and did a great job cleaning up. They worked on a Saturday and didn't quit until it was done. We highly recommend the Rainy Day Team!

Jim came out and provided a fair estimate which he stuck to even though there was an unusually long period of time between the estimate and the actual start of work. His crew was on time and hard working. They removed the old roof and some minor insulation we didn't know was there. They weren't able to get the truck close to the roof so there was a significant amount of effort disposing of the debris. Jim's crew had the entire roof stopped and insulation plus new deck and paper on the roof in one day. Roof was installed on the 2nd day. Minor issues with removal of existing stove pipe and I had to ask to have the ends of the fascia redone but Jim made everything right without hesitation. Big name companies bids were much higher and I wanted to go with a local company that treats its customers like they would like to be treated and not just a number
