Great! They were professional, did excellent work, completed job on time with very satisfactory results. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Initially had Jon come out to assess a bigger job. Decided to have him do our bathroom remodel first to see how it went. What followed was the worst experience ever. I wont hire him again, I would never recommend his business, I will never use or recommend Angie's list ever again, and I will never hire a contractor ever again. Would rate 0 stars, if possible. Pro Built Systems bills by the hour and invoices once a week. This is sold as a good thing because you are not hit with a large bill at the end. What really happened is there was no incentive to finish the job in a timely manner. They knew my budget and burned through it in 3 weeks. To their credit, he said they would work with us and finish within our budget no matter what. What happened is it was drug out another 3 weeks and I ended up installing everything myself because he got a new job. They were supposed to work 9am-5pm. I don't think that ever happened once. They showed up late, left early, took long lunches off-site everyday, added trips to Home Depot on the clock, and called in sick multiple days. Jon suffers from migraines if he gets too hot. He wears an ice water vest. He also asked to turn our AC on while working. We would come home to our house being 60° and our electricity bill more than doubled. They cut through an electrical wire while removing the old shower/tub insert. On the second to last day he was here, my wife came home early and saw him on our exercise machine through the front window. On the last day he was here, they promised it would get done. He got a migraine about an hour in and offered to leave some of his tools so I could finish it myself. I work full-time and have two children under 3 years old. I hired someone because I dont have time. Overall, I paid roughly $11,000 for demo, drywall, a little electrical and plumbing setup, framing the medicine cabinet, and some tile work on the back walls. All materials went on credit cards, so now I still have about $4000 to pay off. I installed the vanity, vanity light, medicine cabinet, floor, trim, toilet, tub, tub filler, and textured and painted the walls and ceiling. I ended up chipping out and replacing the tile work around and in the shower niches because it did not look good at all. They left my garage full of garbage and buckets filled with dried, unused mortar. They came to get the tools today. I asked when someone was going to take the garbage they generated and the cardboard they said they would take to the recycling. He told me it would have to be on a day that wasnt so hot (it is summer and currently 82° outside) and would cost $40. I pointed out it was all the garbage they generated and left here. He said they bill for that on invoices. It is hard for me to leave a bad review. I gave Jon every benefit of the doubt. My wife wanted me to fire him before the end of the second week. My co-workers wanted me to sue him to get money back. Everybody told me I was being taken advantage of. I just wanted the bathroom done, and I spent more money than I had and had to do the install myself.

Was completely happy. Would work with this company again.

I so regret using Pro Built. He said he was a licensed Electrician. He’s not. He quoted me a price and then demanded a lot more money. He called my tenants at work to question them when I told him we are very unhappy with his work. I had to hire someone else to fix his work. He didn’t show up 4 time to scheduled appointments. He showed up with no appointment. It was almost impossible for him to give me an invoice explaining what he did.

Jon and his team at Pro Built Systems did an amazing job. We need a remodel to an office done quick and Jon made it happen. Jon’s quote was the most reasonable and he was able to complete the work weeks before most companies could even come out an give an estimate. Give Jon a call, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Work went very smooth. Pro Built listened to exactly what was needed and made recommendations based off their experience that I had not thought of. Work was conducted professionally and quickly. I would use them again for another remodel.

This was a difficult little project because the GE range was not designed properly to access a broken burner control, but Jon with Pro Built Systems can always find a way to get the job done. He was able to pry open panels and replace the broken part, reassembling like new. He also previously took the time to come out and order the part that was needed. I have full confidence in Jon being able to do any type of handyman or electrical type project. He also is a very pleasant and honest person, who I trust and will hire again in the future. He is very fair with his pricing.

The work was performed very well, including strengthening the locksets with high-strength pins. Jon is very knowledgeable on performing lock-set work. I hire Jon for all handyman and electrical work at my house.

Everything went very well; Jon is very knowledgeable for both handyman and electrical improvements. I will hire him again - he is my go to person for any house miscellaneous work.

Jon Alexander with Pro Built Systems did a great job at a very reasonable price on a time and materials basis. He came out and removed the rotted wood, obtained replacement wood, and installed it in a timely manner. He had all the necessary tools and needed to innovate to match sizes and materials that were no longer available to match the original construction. To top thinks off, he had a tool to analyze the weathered paint color, both sun-side and shade-side of the work, and procured paint that matched the weathered paint color. Jon is very knowledgeable, hardworking, and polite. I will go to Jon from now on with all handyman work.

John, gave me a quote on replacing the top boards on my deck. He explained the framework was not visible therefore there could be other issues. And all through the process he explained and showed me what he had to do. There was rot on some of the supporting beams which he had to also replace. My deck now has the power factor. Five Star

Wonderful. Jon works hard, offers simple advice, is conscientious of home, belongings, and any mess he creates. Willing to clean up drywall dust. Moved some pretty heavy pieces, by himself. He will be back to hang heavy mirror and change all my locks for a new home. I highly recommend him.

So, here's the deal. I have a 15 yo home security system which had most recently remained unarmed. However, the status alarm from both controllers began loudly beeping during the night... waking both my lady and myself. Also, the controllers would not respond to the easy troubleshooting protocol from the online manual. So, I was facing getting emergency tech service or spending the next night in a hotel. I called Jon and explained the model of my system and the situation. Unfortunately, he shared that he would not be able to do a service call before the next afternoon. However, he quite graciously walked me through problem-solving...it was the battery...and how to disconnect and find a replacement. He did this without accepting compensation for his valuable assistance. I am enormously impressed with his competence and capacity for service. I will definitely look to use his services in the future. Great guy!

All receptacles were replaced and outlets working that were not before, BUT, after they left the bedroom went dark again and all the outlets didn't work. I did not confirm that they were working before Jon left, I just trusted they did. Anyway, he is coming back next Thursday to re-evaluate and hopefully fix.

It not only went well, but we had a hard time finding work that he could not do. I do feel that that Jon who came over was very competant and this company is my go to company for any kind of carpentry or handiman work. I am a retired senior citizen and every penny I pay is precious to me, so need to have a company that does high quallity work, is versitle and charges a fair price. The whole process is straight forward and I am saving my money so more work can be done with them. If I had a motto for them, they are the problem solvers, at least that is my experience.
