North to South Home Repair, LLC, (NSHR) conducted a thorough inspection/diagnostic of our existing siding and provided a reasonable bid for the work with the understanding that the cost may change if the structure under the siding needed to be repaired. Several large sections of siding needed to be replaced, which NSHR accomplished expertly and with minimal impact on our living conditions. Where the structure under the siding was water-damaged, they quickly repaired it. After the repairs/replacements, NSHR pressure-washed the remainder of the outside. NSHR started the job as close to the estimated start date as the weather allowed and pursued the work doggedly, getting in as much as possible in the time available. The quality of their work was great, and their cleanup was good. (Owner) Patrick?s communication with us was exemplary, explaining problems and updating us on progress. For those of us who do not like contractor surprises, Patrick was excellent. I highly recommend NSHR.

Very friendly and easygoing

We had a dry rot problem that required removal of siding and a window to repair the damage. Patrick was pleasant but he is not a skilled carpenter. The fit of the replacement siding around the window is poorly done and the exterior trim around the window is crudely done and does not match the other trim on the house. The cost was almost twice the original bid. I believe this is partially due to the project being above Patrickâ s level of expertise and skill.

We had a fairly extensive project made even more extensive due to shipping issues from big box stores. So Patrick was flexible with these problems as well as the discovery of rot that needed to be dealt with. It just seemed to go on and on through no fault of Patrick and crew.; e.g. a new front door that took 6 mos to arrive! But Patrick came each and every day with his crew on time and was never a no show. Work was done and we contracted his people to paint our house It looks beautiful. He has been with us every step of the way and couldn't think more highly of him and his crew. They were friendly and polite and were pleasant to have around. Couldn't recommend him more highly for any project large or small.
