+ -1 moreThey have been very good about getting back to you. I am sure that they are kept quite busy because there are not very many people that do that. They will explain things to you so that you understand it. When they have fixed something, they will tell you what they did, why they did it and everything. That is important to me. We are the kind of people that do everything ourselves if we possibly can, have the tools and the know how.We know these people and we do use them. However, we don't use them first. We try to do it ourselves first.
Description of Work: We didn't have any water and it turned out that we didn't have any air in the pump. You have to have air pressure in the tank to get the water to come out. I was the only one here and so he showed me how to fix it. He fixed it but he showed me how to do it so that I didn't have to call him up if it happened again. He explained it step by step and I wrote it all down so I could do it. He had to change a part too.
