These guys are excellent. It's a company whose customer service matches their extraordinary performance in the field. They have a smaller truck for difficult access which was quite a relief. Briefly put, as long as there's Kitsap Septic Pumping, I won't use anyone else.

Did a great job

It had been a great number of years since the tank had been pumped. But now my septic system was giving indications that it needed to be pumped QUICKLY. I needed help but I wanted to find a local company to provide service. Kitsap Septic came to my rescue. Left voice mail and sent them an email that found on their website. Received a call from DARREN, who told me he would have a team to my house that day. Received a follow-up call from Darren that he had not forgotten me and the team would be there that day as promised. The team of ROSS and DAVID arrived at my residence for what seemed to be a routine pumping operations. I had not uncovered the tank but gave the approximate location and they uncovered the access covers. After a quick survey found that there was an extreme amount of sludge and other debris in the tank. They were able to remove the extra debris and trash, and pumped the tank. I was concerned that the job was greater than anticipated. But these two teammates Ross and David were persistent and explained to me along the way what they were doing. I commend Kitsap Septic Pumping for an awesome job of clearing lines, removing debris, as well as completing the job well. They were efficient in replacing the fill dirt. My job was an unusual one, it took a little longer to do than others. But I was pleased with the price as well as the professionalism this team brought. As situations occur in the future I feel absolutely sure that I will be calling Kitsap Septic to provide this service in the future. THE TEAM OF BOB, MARILYN, DARREN, ROSS AND DAVID ARE TO BE COMMENDED FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!

The mom and sons run operation is great. They were quite wonderful and gave me a good deal since I have two houses side by side. Very prompt and very professional

I phoned midmorning and they had a tech out within hours. Super friendly and fast, he located our tank, dug, diagnosed the issue, offered two different solutions and had it repaired & closed back up before my coffee got cold. I won't ever call anyone else for our septic!

Darren and another employee came to pump the tank on time and very professional, after reviewing the tank advised that it wasn't time for a pump and finished inspection. They were quick to answer all the questions I had regarding septic upkeep and did so in a friendly manner. When calling to get quote and make appointment was privileged to speak with Marilyn who is very courteous and personable and was willing to answer any septic questions over the phone. I love that this company hasn't forgotten their customer service and I am glad to give my business to another local small business!

The team that showed up consisted of the owner's grandson and another employee. They were very professional and did a great job of finding the tank, talking me through the process and finishing up promptly. I was very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to give advice on how the tank looked, what we were doing right and how often to schedule a follow-on pumping (turns out every five years is about right for us). I would definitely use their services again!

I had initially called to have my septic tank pumped as we were getting the house ready for rental. They arrived on time and were very professional. They inspected the septic system and identified that the outflow pipe was misaligned, causing the filters to clog and back up. We have had issues with the filters before, but did not know why. The workers took an IOU instead of payment that day and were able to send a two-man team a day later to hand dig the outflow pipe and realign it through the filters. They also identified that the septic tank drain pump was suspended by its own piping, which could cause premature failure of the piping. They installed a new pipe so that the pump now rests on a concrete block at the bottom of the tank vice being suspended. The work they performed was quick and professional and their insight helped to save me from major tank failures in the future. Additionally, they were flexible with payment and able to work out a price that was able to fit my budget and allowed me to defer payment without interest or penalty. I intend to use Kitsap Septic for all my future needs and will retain them on my payroll to perform routine inspections of the system once tenants are in the house.

I called Kitsap Septic on Monday and they scheduled me for Wednesday morning at 8:30 am. They did their homework prior to the visit. They noticed a discrepancy in the address I had given them as to what was on the health district papers. Marilyn gave me a courtesy call Wednesday morning when Darren left the shop. He arrived on time and completed the job. I can not say enough good about this family owned and operated local company. They both did an amazing job educating me about septic systems. They are great people who provide above and beyond exceptional service.

There were great. Knew exactly what they were doing. Educated us on what to look out for and to maintain our septic. We will definitely be using them again.

Went great - we have a challenging driveway, and the driver got the truck up it no problem and located/dug up the tank quickly. He was even a little bit early and had the tank pumping in no time, and was very personable and provided just the right amount of extra information. I didn't expect them to be enthusiastic about septic tanks, but he was! He completed the inspection, replaced the sod, and rolled up my garden hose, and you could barely tell he had been there. Great experience overall, and they were able to meet my very specific timeline. Would definitely use them again.

Everybody in the neighborhood uses them. They are very well liked. They came in did the job and left.

I have been happy with them. I have a septic system and for a while it was getting ground water intrusion and filling up the tank until we discovered what was going on. I had to get prompt service to pump that out, so that it didn’t cause worse problems. The times that I’ve used them, which is two I believe, in the last couple of years, they have been very prompt at arriving and doing a nice job. One time, when I had the water intrusion, they went even so far as to loan me a pump to keep that water intrusion at bay until I could get it repaired. They were willing to take extra steps if necessary to do a good job and solve the problem. I haven’t used anybody else and so I don’t know how the price would compare. I have spent about $400 or $500 per service. The price is not cheap and I presume it is not at the higher end either. I will use them again if it becomes necessary.
