 + -1 moreVery timely. Found a 2nd leak and repaired that also. Very honest, on time and cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: He came in right after we called and gave an estimate. After we checked with a couple of others, that were too high or did not call back. We called him. He repaired a leak under our sink.

 + 2 moreDue to recent heavy rains in my area our roof started leaking. We got two bids for repairs but decided to re-roof instead. Mr. Zimmermann's bid for replacing the roof was well below that of the other contractor. He isolated the cause of the leak, verified that there was no water damage and fixed the problem correctly. The leak stemmed from the original roofer installing installing flashing around my chimney incorrectly. He also walked me thru the problem and explained what had been done to correct it. While I hope to never experience this type of problem again my overall impression of this company was outstanding.
Description of Work: This contractor repaired leaking flashing around my chimney and installed designer shingles over the entire roof.
