ACTION ONSITE SVC

I was crossing my legs - not really wanting to use the toilets and digging around where I believed the septic tank lid to be (to save the cost of paying someone else to dig it up). I soon dirt and holes all over the yard.. but fortunately I hit a lid when Tom arrived. He had brought his own shovel and went to work exposing the lid, checking the fluid level and then digging more to expose the intake lines and found that a plant had shifted the unglued pipe and dove in creating massive rootballs that were the biggest part of my problem. I'm not sure how long Tom was here - but he would doing this as a complementary service to me and I couldn't be more thankful! He managed to pull enough out so that the house's toilets flushed and recommended a course of action for me. What a wonderful representative he was - I would recommend this company (and Tom especially) very highly. Thank you again Action Onsite!

They were very thorough. Gave recommendations on other rapairs I needed. Very officant. I am long distance and they were very discriptive on what needed done.
