From the first time I met with George, I knew that we were going to be in excellent hands with our kitchen. He was not only responsive and professional from the first day, but throughout the entire project timeline. He is professional, knowledgeable, and strives to make his customers satisfied with the outcome of the renovation. He truly is passionate about what he does and cares to collect the smiles of each client at the end. Sticking to budget was my concern, and George respectfully fulfilled it without compromising the final result. The team members were all hard-workers, attentive to detail, and respectful of our home. I hired Above for a bigger interior remodel, George is the owner of the company and the team manager, he kept the project going smooth and everything was absolutely wonderful, we love him and we are going to only hire him and his team for all projects that will have around the house.

We met with a George from this company with high hopes. He asked for Pinterest ideas, images, references and the whole nine yards. So we provided all of these items and happily set the walkthrough. When he arrived he immediately told us that we had a ton of work for our bathroom remodel and the other projects we wanted for our home. Stated it could get expensive and he would have to send us quotes for all of the work to be done. We agreed that it could be pricey and stated me needed to get at least the bathroom started before winter. He stated off with how poor the quality of our home was and it needed work. His tone was condescending, to the point where it openly offended my husband but we needed the help. As this is our first place on the PNW, we wanted to make sure we did it right. When he left he said he needed a week or two to get the quote together and then he would let us know when he could fit us into his schedule. So we agreed to touch base in two weeks. Emails, texts calls as the weeks went by and we had not received any word from him. It had now been 3 months and we have not even received so much as a text back from a man who stated he does the best “Pintrest Renos”. What good is a Pintrest Reno if you don’t have basic customer service skills? People skills? Or the common decency to let people know you cant pick up their project?
