Description of Work: Contacted Coast Mechanical to perform inspection and maintenance of a client's HVAC system that is currently in the sale process. Bob was very professional and performed inspection and maintenance at a reasonable cost.

+ -1 moreHe is very good about always getting back with us when we have questions. He is very neat and arrived when he said he would. We couldn't have asked for anything better!
Description of Work: He replaced the existing Wesco heat pump, electric furnace, and air cleaner with a new American Standard 3.5 ton 14 F.E.E.R. heat pump with matching 15 KW variable speed air handler and a new Honeywell electronic air filter. That includes a programmable touch screen thermostat. They brought everything up to code and brought in a new box. He took away all of the old equipment as well. There is a 5 year warranty, a 10 year compressor warranty, and 1 year of free labor.
