Description of Work: Tony spent four-hours searching through system and application files to locate one or more bugs that prevented our 2-year old computer from booting, avoiding the least desirable option of re-installing the operating system which would have caused us to lose personal files. This was time-consuming and tedious work; we are very grateful for the outcome.
