SAVAGE GLASS SVC

Tom (the owner) came out and did all the measurements and ordered the glass for the octagon window replacements. He was on the job site when he said and completed the work that same day. I would highly recommend Savage Glass and I only wish I knew of him before I ordered all of my other windows for the remodel !!!!

I wanted Milgard windows and even showed them the window I wanted that was in my home. I told him I wanted it to be just like that window I had but white. When I told him I wanted Milgard he said he was not a Milgard dealer. I told him that it was the only brand I wanted to use. He told me he would check and see if he could do anything. A few days later he called to tell me he had it set up an he could install the Milgard windows. He lead me to believe he got the dealership. I noticed the fasteners were not the same and he said they no longer make the fasteners like one I had in my home. When we left, I was congratulating him on the work and the job he did. I also congratulated him on getting the milgard dealership. He agreed with me and carried along with the farce. He also replaced the Milgaurd window in my home that I asked him not to remove. I came home and noticed he did that. I was very upset and asked him why. He said not to worry because it is still a Milgard window and he would not charge me for that part of the service. We later had Milgard windows installed in our addition. One of those windows broke and the person who came to repair it, explained the windows installed by Savage were not Milgard windows I feel like its my fault but he Tom Savage was very dishonest and unprofessional. I would never use his company again.

The provider was very professional and friendly. He did very good work, although the cost of the glass and labor seemed a little high. I would use his services again if they were needed.
