RAIN-MASTER ROOFING

They showed up, did the work. Roofing nails left everywhere. Dont dare go barefoot again in the yard. Then the leaking began. Kitchen, master bath, guest bath ceiling were dripping. I went on the front porch to scream and it was dripping on my head there too. A few months later we had a high wind storm. OUR SKYLIGHTS BLEW OFF. They had never been re-attached!! Rain falling in the middle of the night on wood floor, computer and desk.....are you kidding me? Sounded like a jet engine fell on the roof as the skylights came loose and skidded across the roof. Unprofessional, incompetent work. Do not let this company touch your roof.

I paid him before he did the job. He pressured me into that. I believe he inflated the price. When he showed up to tell me the estimate, he kept dropping everything. Just didn't seem really professional. The bottom part stuck out to where the lawn mower would hit it. He said he would fix it, it was never fixed.

Eric Emery did a fantastic job fixing a leaky skylight problem I had been wrestling with for ten years. He was the seventh roofer I have had out to "fix" the problem. And he was the first to do it properly and not just give me a temporary band-aid for the problem. Although the work has just been done and I have had not rain-tested it, I feel confident in Eric's repair. When Eric came to do a bid, he took photos of the problem, clearly explained what the problem was and what would need to be done to fix it, and called back promptly with a reasonable bid. He arrived on time, got right to work, was respectful towards his helper, and even fixed a few small problems he found while he was on the roof. I will update this review after we have had a few rains... might not be until winter, the way the weather's been. But at this point I would definitely trust Eric's work and business ethic.
