I'll never use this company again and will strongly advise anyone in Clallam County looking for a carpet cleaner to steer clear of Pacific Northwest Carpet Care. The tech arrived and started the cleaning project. I had a chance to talk with him when he went back to his truck. We were very concerned about saving the carpet due to the abuse it suffered at the hands of our former tenants. There was dirt, unknown stains, and very foul pet odors in the carpet. The tech, whose name I didn't get, reassured me twice that the he got the carpet and quot;really cleanand quot; and that he had put down another cleaner to deal with the pet odor. He also told me twice that we and quot;won't have to get rid of the carpetand quot;, and and quot;it'll be fineand quot;. It turns out there were at least three large stains still on the carpet. And, the strong pet odor remained. It had become unbearable. In fact, another contractor agreed that the basement still smelled of either cat urine or and quot;sprayand quot;.We also found a tear along a seam that wasn't there before. My wife called the company to ask them about coming back to check their work. The person she talked to was evasive, and said that he could and quot;barelyand quot; remember the job. He then dismissed the entire issue by saying that there was nothing he do about it. He refused to take any action or discuss it any further. So, the company, at least to me, is not concerned about the quality of their wor. Nor are they concerned about customer service. We've since made other plans for the basement. But, I can only emphasize: under no circumstances should you hire this company.

I just called around and they offered me the best price. They did an excellent work. I would recommend him to my family members and friends.
