Receptionist was friendly and scheduled work at my convenience. Repairman was friendly and professional. Did an overall inspection. Went over everything before work was completed. Provided a detailed invoice / receipt of work completed and charges. I would definitely use them again.

Suddenly during a cold snap our garage door would only open a few feet and the opener lights were flashing. We waited a couple days for warmer temperatures and it still would not open completely. Turns out it was not the cold at all. My older garage door, heavy wooden type was sagging and the motor could not pull up the weight anymore. It was extremely noisy when it did operate. Travis evaluated the situation. I was willing to get a new garage door if needed, however he said it was not necessary. I needed a new motor and if I wished new rollers too to cut down the noise. Wow. Am I pleased. Installation was quick, neatly and cleanly done. The door opens quietly. The siding surrounding the garage door had pulled away and he nailed it back.in place.This is above and beyond.. Personable, knowledgeable and listens to your needs. What more can you ask for?

I called in the morning and someone came out that afternoon and installed the opener. I don't know if that's a typical response time, but I was impressed and happy that they were able to do the work so quickly. The installer was quick, professional and pleasant. I was very happy with the opener they installed, but it would have been nice if they had described what models they offered and the cost of each before doing the work since their website lists several different ones with different features. To be fair, I should have asked, but didn't. I'm still very happy with the opener and very happy with the service.

I had an old, rotted garage door hooked up to an electric opener system that needed replacing. After reviewing Angie's List, I contacted Olympic Garage Door. I had a firm estimate in hand within 24 hours. The deal was struck, I was told what steps I needed to take to prepare my garage, and the door was ordered. When the time came for installation, a crew showed up on the scheduled day, ON TIME (actually, 40 minutes EARLY - NO WAITING ALL DAY!) It took 30 minutes to remove the old door and its hardware, and another 2 hours to install all the hardware and the new door, hooking it up to the existing opener system. I was deeply impressed with the work ethics, level of attention to detail, professionalism, and courtesy shown during my encounters with this company. They didn't try to sell me a new opener system since mine was still operational, gave prompt, courteous service and sold me a good product. I am very pleased with the results, and my neighbors are, too! (At least one other has already hired them based on the work they did for me!)

The glass in our very old garage door broke on a Monday afternoon, and I decided to replace the whole thing. I called Olympic Garage Door on Tuesday to get prices and set up an appointment for a quote. I spoke with Tammy, and she was very friendly and helpful, gave me very accurate info, and got my appointment scheduled for the next day. On Wednesday Travis was there on time to measure the door and give me a quote and some brochures with different types of available doors. He also gave me the option to check out a display model, a much more expensive door, and said he would sell it to me for the same price as the less expensive door. I decided to check it out and went to the store on Hwy 101 that afternoon. Although the display model had a small dent in the bottom of the door, I felt I could live with it and went ahead with the purchase. Because it was already in stock, it was just a matter of scheduling to get the door installed. What is really awesome is that the door was installed on Friday morning! My new garage door looks totally awesome and completely changes the look of my house. I am very happy with this purchase! These guys were fast, professional, and had great customer service. The pricing was very good and included installation and all hardware needed. Although I did not purchase a motor to open the door, I feel assured that if I do so in the future I would receive the same excellent level of customer service from this company.
