 + -1 moreI called McCrorie's on a Thursday afternoon to schedule a cleaning. To my delight, the appointment was scheduled for the very next day. The representative was very polite and informative. He was punctual, attentive to details and quick. He was in and out of my house in less than 25 minutes. I was extremely pleased with the job done- I even had a pet stain that I thought was going to be there forever and it disappeared! I thought the price was good for the size area I wanted done. I will definitely use McCrorie's services again!
Description of Work: The representative came to my house on time, put on shoe covers to protect my floor and went through the house with me so I could show him which areas needed cleaning. He then proceeded to clean the carpet. When he was done, he explained to me how long we had to wait until we could use those rooms.

 + 0 moreWe need to replace some carpet so we went the McCrories. We spent some time with May Graves who gave us excellent advise and showed us all our options, which were many. They installers came out on the appointed day and spent less time then was estimated to install carpet in our living room and our grandkids bedroom. They also created us a runner out of left over carpet and didn't charge extra for it. A great company to do business with.
Description of Work: Over a year ago we had our old carpet cleaned. They were on time and did a spectacular job. Installed new carpet in Living Room and Grandkids bedroom.

Description of Work: Ken arrived on time, understood what needed to be done and did a great job of cleaning our carpets. He was very careful when cleaning around specific pieces of furniture and gave special attention to several pet soiled areas.
