 + -1 moreThese people tried to repair a poor installation of our living room window. Instead, they broke the glass and insisted that they weren't responsible. We tried to negotiate with them but they would not talk to us on the phone. When I called again using my maident name, the owner just hung up on me when he discovered my address. They were so rude and uncooperative. DON'T GO NEAR THEM WITH A TEN FOOT POLE.
