Description of Work: Our residential septic system was backed up from an unknown 'cause'. Recent heavy rainfall caused a huge demand on Goodman Septic, but they worked extra hours to attend to customers needs in the community. They identified the cause of the blockage/cleared it and pumped out the system (1,000 gallon system). I recommend Goodman Services and will use them in the future.

+ -1 moreThey arrived right on time. Mr. Adams said that it was in good shape and did not need to be pumped for another year to two years. Since we were unfamiliar to owning a septic system, he took the time to inform us of how to keep the system functioning properly and which cleaning products can cause problems with the beneficial bacteria. We will definitely use his service again when it comes time to pump our system.
Description of Work: Mr. Adams and his son came out to check our septic system to see if it needed cleaning. We have owned the house for almost two years, but just recently moved here full-time.

+ -1 moreSomeone answered my call the first time. They came out within one business day. They were courteous and informative. Helped trouble shoot problem with septic tank and gave referral for someone to fix it. Would use again and recommend to a friend.

+ -1 moreIt didn't seem enough time had passed since the last septic pump a few years ago, but I called Goodman due to an odor in the house. Goodman was very responsive, timely, and professional. I graded price at and quot;Band quot; only because it seemed the price had gone up a lot since the last time. I didn't shop around and compare prices, however. So that may simply be the going rate these days.
