Description of Work: Completely replaced shake roof with high quality composite singles. Roughed in an addition on the 3rd floor of house, with skylight and four special order windows.

+ -1 moreI started with a list of 13 contractors. I had seen the Earth Tech name in a newspaper article. I check the Washington State Dept. of Labor and Industry and found Jason Meyer was licensed, bonded, and insured and had no complaints or infractions in the last 6 years. I sent him 2 email inquiries on 10/20/2013. I called on 10/28/2013 and left message and also sent another email. He replied with an email saying I should call his office and leave a message. I replied testily that I had called and that he should call me or show up at 4:30 to give the estimate. He did neither. He did responded to a FB message on 10/31/2013 saying that he should be able to come on Friday. No call; no show. No response by 11/3. He called 11/9 and left me a message. He called again on 11/10 and I told him I had enough bids coming in. I felt if he was going to be this difficult to get ahold of, I didn't want him, and I had 12 others to choose from.
Description of Work: I wanted him to give me an estimate on repair or replacement of our roof.
