Description of Work: He said he'd come out and take a look Friday or Saturday. Then he didn't call. I called him several times and he finally called to say, in a condescending tone that my roof needed to be completely replaced. That contradicted what the inspector and one other roofer had said. I got a third quote (around $500) to replace a few screws (it's a metal roof) and some vents. If I paint it, I'm told by all, it should last about 30 years.
