Ted came over and replaced the drain arm in the wall from the kitchen sink. The house was built in the 50's and the pipe was old and leaking. If you can call a repair like this as a work of art, he did it. Excellent work. Thank you Ted and Angeles Plumbing.

Took 12 weeks to get materials. Shower pan had a permanent stain but was installed anyway. A crack was found in the porcelain. Manufacturer determined it was not a defect but a result of either being dropped or improperly installed. Certified mail sent to installer ignored for weeks. Installer finally showed up to look. Another two months have gone by with no contact or resolution.

These guys are wonderful. They are pleasant, they show up when they say they will, they do excellent work, and they clean up after themselves. Will continue to use them for any needed plumbing services.

It was late in the afternoon on a Friday. They were able to get someone over and fix it. They did it all via phone as I was traveling. I appreciated their friendly nature, quick service and clear communicaiton.

They were great. I marked I wouldn't use them again because they are in Port Angeles and I am in Sequim. They charge mileage.

Prompt and came when they said they would. Did the work in one day and they will return to hook up the water heater and dishwasher. I certainly will be using Angeles Plumbing again in the future.

Totally professional company. Same day service, even though it wasn't an emergency. The first plumber arrived, sized up the situation and went back to the shop for equipment and help. The tub drain was backing up and leaking under the bathroom sink. We needed the drain pipes cleaned, and the guys went the extra mile for us since they had to go through the roof vent.

I used them on the recommendation of the landlord. They were very nice and they did a great job. I had to pay part of it.

I had been gone for 23 days and came back to find the toilet in my bathroom wouldn't work! I was so tired and worried but they were wonderful! They came the same morning I called and took care of it with no problems! I would not call anyone else now! They are billing me so I don't know the cost at this time.

They did a good job they were very quick with our hot water heater, we called and they were out within a few hours we had a new one. It is working fine.

Extremely well. Troy called before the appointed time to confirm the details of the job. He arrived at the expected time. As I walked him through the house showing him the problem sinks and faucets, he listened attentively and asked thoughtful questions. Prior to calling for service I had purchased the sinks and faucets that I wanted installed. Neither of the sinks were the correct size. Troy was quite patient and understanding of my mistake. He gave me the correct dimensions and I went to Thurman Supply to get the proper sizes while he worked on the bathroom shower. When I came back with the correctly sized bathroom sink, Troy's installation went quickly and efficiently. The kitchen sink presented a special problem. Mobile homes have off-standard kitchen sinks. Standard widths are 19and quot; and 22and quot;. We needed a 20and quot;x32.5and quot; sink. Since we didn't have room to cut the countertop to fit 22and quot; width, we had to go with a 19and quot; width and jerry-rig a workable solution to fill the gap. We used a 2and quot;x36and quot; wood strip with a piece of 3/4and quot; molding attached to one edge to create a ledge under the sink. We screwed the ledge to the underside of the counter, then poured rock putty into the shallow pan that we had created. We leveled the putty even with the top surface of the counter. We were fortunate that the color of the rock putty was consistent with the color of the countertop. Troy was willing to think outside the box and contribute his skills a creative solution to an out-of-the box problem. While the solution was my idea, the implementation would not have been possible without his professional skills, patient cooperation.I'm completely satisfied with Troy's work and the work that we did together. I was pleased with the ten percent senior discount that we received.

The project went well. New faucets went along with the sinks and Angeles Plumbing supplied a sink I ordered and the faucet arrangement. The hot water heater was upgraded when a catch pan was also installed to prevent leaks from the tank years down the line should it age and not be replaced before its life was up. I took photos of the tank after it was installed to place in my home appliance section before the final door covered it up.

He returned 3 times to try and fix these 2 items. The toilet still leajks and the tub stop is still stuck, plus he charged me for all 3 times when he never did the job right the first time. The women in the office were nasty b****** and the only one who was nice was the manager as the owner is never there.

Using their snake, the problem was quickly solved. No unnecessary actions performed.

I needed new pipes, faucets and drains during this last job. Pam helped me to choose the right faucets that were within my budget. I was lucky enough to get Tom for the job. He's a union trained and experienced plumber who did a great job in record time. I highly recommend them.

angeles plumbing replaced out side water hydrant. they did a great job, senior discount was 10 % best rates, in port angeles and surrounding areas. all other plumbers wanted way to much money especially brothers plumbing, they wanted 90 dollars just to come out and tell me i had a leak! thats right, and from what i have heard of there work, and prices i would never use brothers plumbing. use angeles plumbing they do good work, and the prices they charge are fair, i will use them again if i ever need a good plumber !

Verfied that lower element was burnt out, drained water tank, replaced element. Water heater back up and running.

Troy was very patient with all of my questions, and he was efficient and professional. I will need to have more work done in the future, and I plan on using Angeles again.

They did a good job. They had to make some adaptations from my old stuff to the new stuff. I called them back because of the success I had with them before. I was not disappointed with what they did for me this time. They are very good and professional. Their price is always fair. The young man who came here explained everything he was going to do and handled the problems which arose. I would use them again in the future.

The experience with the quote process was excellent. There wasn't really anything about them that we disliked. They were very prompt in getting the quote back to us. We guess there were one or two items that weren't included in the quote that we had talked about. We will use them again in the future if we need to.

They are prompt and communicated very well. They did not talk over my head and stuck to the bid. There may be someone with a better price, but they are worth the money. You get excellent customer service.

Their work and service is always superior, professional and punctual at a fair price. I will call Angeles Plumbing for any plumbing need. I give them a five star recommendation in all categories.
