Everything went great. They were responsive and prompt with replies. The final costs matched the quotes. And everyone from the office staff of the technicians were friendly, professional, and forthcoming.

We were very happy working with Johnson Electric Company. The office was very responsive to email and they were able to come and replace some light fixtures and a baseboard heater in a timely manner. Tristan did great work- an efficient, friendly hard worker. I will use their services again. Also, I appreciate that this company supports community services like the food bank.

This Company came to my house. Did a little bit of work and rescheduled us. We waited all morning for them on the day that they chose to reschedule and No call No show. I do not recommend this company

Most professional electricians on the Peninsula at this time. Reliable, reasonable and can accomplish complex jobs without supervision. Good communication.

I had an appointment at 9:00, technician showed at 9:30. I had a faulty outlet, it took him around 15 minutes to diagnose and another 15 minutes to replace it. When finished he sat in my driveway for another 15 minutes. I was charged $375... for one outlet replacement on a working circuit with good breaker.. Watch out for charges that are open to their interpretation and can be manipulated. It pays big to shop around. This is a response to the owners comment. I give honest reviews, everytime, despite how it may affect your business, but thats the point of public forum reviews, to caution other perspective clients and what to be cautious about when doing business with less than perfect ratings companies. Your attack on how many negative reviews I have given other businesses is rather telling of a problem within your company, I would take a close look at that, if it were my company. Thus more detail to clear up the outright lies you've made about billing hours. Ive already described the first time he was here in the above review. Thats when he replaced an indoor outlet.The second time he came back was to replace the outdoor gfi outlet he failed to replace the first time he was here, it's on the circuit he worked on the first time.Yes that took 20 minutes. Thats a callback for him, not me. You billed me for 1 outlet and 3 hours of labor. Your billing is incorrect, you dont even have materials used correct, which should have been 1 standard indoor outlet and 1 gfi outlet. I learned long ago to not waste time in arguing billing, I pay it and move on with life. Your condescending, dishonest representation of the issue is the only reason I'm wasting more of my valued time. Hey don't worry, you got the money, it's all good, right? but I stand by my honest review and hope it's effective in helping others make better, more well informed choices in the hopes that they will receive honest work with honest billing.
