"Surety Pest Control has had my back every step of the way in purchasing a house that needed pest control of bugs, wasps and rodents as well as doing kitchen toe kick abatement work, crawlspace abatement work, incredibly excellent exclusion work and helping me with referrals to other companies for things like insulation, etc. No one else would help me with the kitchen and I get anaphylaxis from rodents but they came out and helped when no other trade would. On the abatement work they were willing to take photos for my other renovation people of floor, electrical and plumbing damage so that the other contractors could find the spots no problem. Heather in particular has been a complete and utter guardian angel taking my health concerns and disability very seriously making sure to keep me safe. They've been organized, communicative, educated me as needed and extremely patient. I have them for my ongoing pest control contract and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in a heart beat! :)"

"The whole process was not pleasant. We went with Arrow because of the good reviews, but the insulation process was anything but easy. We have an older home that had nailed in dry wall. We decided to have the installation done through the home exterior in order to minimize clean up (we had a 3 month old at the time that we didnt want exposed to the dust/insulation particles). When the insulation was being blown in, many of our dry wall nails began to pop through the dry wall. We were never made aware of any of the potential problems with blowing in insulation through the home exterior, and this process created far more work than we were expecting. As for the exterior of our home, we were left with many siding boards damaged (which thankfully Arrow decided to pay for). Some of our siding could not get removed, and holes were instead cut into our siding. When these were initially patched, they looked awesome, but after only 1.5-2 months, the patch work began to show cracks, and now every hole that was created is visible from the street (some of the plugs have even been able to be moved around with very little pressure). This process has been a nightmare, and our home exterior, after almost 3 months, still is not what it was before the work was done."
