They are prompt, professional and quick. You don't even realize they are there unless you happen to walk outside. The yard looks nicely manicured and we are very happy with their service.

I never even saw who showed up to do the work - I walked in the door on the evening of the appointed day, it was done! I had not even laid my things down yet when I received a call from Travis Thorn inquiring to see if the work was satisfactory. Fortuntately it was still light enough that I was able to walk around and look at what was done and give him immediate feedback - it looked wonderful!. The only thing I had them come back and shore up was the trim on the lavender - I asked them not to trim it too close to the ground, and they followed my instructions a little too precisely and left it a bit too long. I asked them to come and take another 4 inches or so off the next day, and they did. Very, very professional operation. Very thorough job. Fair pricing as far as I was concerned. I was pretty sure it would take two guys all day to clean all the leaves out of the bark, and at $275 (the cost of the bed cleaning), that checked out just right to me. I will definitely use them again for any lawn/yard needs that we have.

The crew was very professional, very courteous, and on time. Their approach to this very large yard was methodical and thorough. While one crew member tackled the trees and bushes, others began the leaf blowing and gathering. We have many concrete and quot;islandsand quot; with trees throughout the yard, and the crew was very careful to get up the leaves and undergrowth and leave the small stone fill intact and undisturbed. All told, this was a full day job. In the front yard, the leaves and debris were taken up, the trees nicely trimmed, and the lawn cut and perfectly edged. Also, an extensive earthy bush and flower area was cleaned and neatly raked for the winter season. In the rear yard, which is the larger portion, the crew was meticulous in cleaning up every leaf, every trimmed branch, and the large garden area, which was leveled to flat earth. By the time the crew was done, the yard was fully restored and the trees, bushes, grass trimmed very nicely. We were so pleased we took a few pictures and sent them to relatives. We are new to the Tri-Cities area, and we are pleased to have found a landscape company that is not only professional and skilled, but a pleasure to do business with. We will, without exception, use Thorn Works for all yard work and landscaping for years and years to come.

We had just moved in to our house and had no mower or other yard tools. We called Travis Thorn, owner of Thorn Works and he came to my house personally to do a mowing estimate and did an on the spot service of my lawn after I agreed to the price. He quoted my yard at $30. He and his team worked together to achieve a quick, thorough, and professional job. They mowed, trimmed, blew and removed grass clippings. I was very pleased with the results and have had them back on a weekly basis. Travis noted that we like our grass mowed higher and has remembered to adjust the mower, as requested, weekly without a reminder. We are considering never getting a lawn mower and are also considering using Thorn Works for their other yard and home services as well.
