The company either hires carefully or coaches good manners. The technicians are neat, clean, and respectful. | |The only complaint we have is that their automated call to inform us that they are coming doesn't include a callback number in case the schedule is inconvenient. However, when we've looked up the number and called, they've been very cooperative about rescheduling. | |Though we graded price as "B", we haven't really done any comparison shopping so that may be unfair.

Description of Work: My neighbor recommended Pointe Pest Control to me. This summer we have had a big problem with wasp and spiders. Pointe was at my neighbors doing an application and I spoke with the technician Daniel. He came to my house and explained what needed to be done and how their year round applications work. I was impressed with his knowledge and the fact that he took the time to answer all my questions. No high pressure tactics just a simple explanation about their products and services. I went ahead and hired them and Daniel preformed my first application. He removed about 18 wasp nest and treated my house inside and out. I was impressed how thorough he was even though it was over 100 degrees outside. Everywhere around the outside of my house was treated including the foundation, eaves and bushes. I have a lot of crushed rock landscaping and he noticed spider webs in the rock so he treated all my landscaping also. Only 2 days after the service, I noticed a huge decrease in spiderwebs and the wasp are gone. I signed up for a year round program and since I prepaid, I did get a 5% discount. So far, this company and staff have met my expectations and I am very pleased with their service.
