Multiple calls to their office went unanswered, along with messages. More than an hour later, I have to step into a meeting that I won't be able to duck out of if they do show up. I can't tell you how inconsiderate it is to schedule a service at a particular time, have to move your day around in order to accommodate, and not even get a call or a call back when no one shows up. Now, I will have to do the same thing another day and waste another part of my morning with a different provider. It's hard to believe that this is the best rated place in the Tri-cities. RE: The response from N.W. Housecleaning. They did not return the call within two hours. They called at 1pm. There was confusion on your end since my wife told you 2pm is impossible for us. Every. Day. We could only do mornings. You also said you'd call to confirm the night before and you didn't. Really simple stuff and there's no reason to try to blame us for your mistake. These mix ups can be easily avoided with better communication and responsiveness.

It went well, overall. They did arrive a bit late but that was OK. My only complaint was the charge was higher than quoted. The quality of work was very good and communication was excellent. We are scheduled for weekly cleaning.

The cleaning was o.k. Scheduling, however, was an F. Terrible. We never knew when they were coming. We tried to set up a regular schedule, but that didn't work. You never knew what time of the day they were coming. Owner did not understand email at first, making it impossible to coordinate that way. That did improve. What didn't improve, however, was the scheduling. After the last time, they never came back. While it definitely did not seem to make any difference in the acceptable quality of work, the workers varied from one time to the next and none of them could speak English except the Owner of the service. But, like I said, that really didn't seem to matter. In summary, utterly unacceptable scheduling. One good note, however: They gave a $10 Senior discount.

We were impressed. They were very efficient and professional. The house stayed cleaner longer!

The head cleaning woman will text you the day before she comes...they she will text if they are going to be late. I loved receiving the texts; it made it easy to communicate and fast. She comes in with two or three other women. They each take on a specialized role--one vacuums everywhere, another works on bathrooms and the third starts on the kitchen. They spent about 1 hour in our 1800 squarefoot home.

They have been cleaning for about two months. They clean twice a month and they do a fabulous job.

I am going to be using Northwest cleaning again and on a more regular basis. I thought they did a very good job, considering that I hadn't had it deep cleaned in quite some time. Monica did tell me that they could accomplish more each time they cleaned and could pick up more things that needed being done because it wouldn't be like starting over each time. I have enjoyed working with her and am planning on continuing to do so. She told me right up front that the time would be between 2 and 3, knowing that I realized that it was dependent on the job prior to mine, so as far as I am concerned she wasn't late at all. She does deserve the 5 star rating in my opinion. They cleaned every room in my house, vacuumed the furniture, mopped the floors, cleaned the bathrooms, tub and shower, mirrors, etc. I realized that the gals didn't speak English, so I directed my questions and directions to Monica. She is who I hired and she takes responsibility for the people who work for her.

When I went to check on the cleaning progress, they were busy,but Monica wanted to know if I wanted the blinds cleaned? At this point I looked at them, looked at her and said to her "They look pretty filthy to me." She said they would take a long time to clean and all she had was Windex. At that time I looked in their cleaning box and all they had was Windex and Comet. Tell me they were prepared to clean a house professionally/ and or with eco-friendly products. I mentioned that I wanted the grout cleaned and the one girl didn't speak English and said ya Monica. I left Gel Gloss out for the marble counter tops and sinks ,spa tub etc. and the fixtures. They used Comet!!!! Monica asked me if I wanted the closets vacumned out in the rooms! I feel as though We were taken to the the cleaners ( literally) by all the A ratings on Angies List. This group of girls had no business representing themselves as professional cleaners What I could teach them with 11.5 and 2.5 water,Mr Eraser and a toothbrush would be a miracle....

They arrive on time, come prepared to work and work hard each time they come to clean. I am pleased with their thoroughness.

I use NW Housecleaning on a every two week cleaning cycle since last year. They are awesome! They do a great job at an extremely reasonable price. I often need to reschedule my cleaning and they are always quick to respond to my request and are super flexible.

We were very pleased. Because of allergies to certain products, we asked the service to use the cleaning products we supplied, which they did.

Overall I found the company to be professional and prompt and did what they said they would do.

That Wednesday arrived, and at 3:40pm, she had not arrived and I had not heard from her, so I called her (hoping that her office phone and cell phone were the same). She answered, and she almost acted surprised to hear from me, but she indicated that she was lost, had lost my phone number, and needed directions because her GPS was not getting her to the correct address. I gave her directions and she arrived in about 15 or 20 minutes. I showed her the Gel Gloss that I wanted her to use on the cultured marble shower, but she was clearly unfamiliar with it because she asked me, "Don't you want me to the shower first?" So I explained its use, and she and her assistant, Petra, went to work. To be honest, they a REALLY fine job on the house and were done in a couple of hours. I wrote a check to her and asked if she could come every other week, and she said yes. I asked what days she could come (since my understanding was that the initial cleaning on Wednesday afternoon was a temporary thing), and she said she would get back with me via e-mail so she could check her schedule. I had gotten a key out to give her, but she was out the door before I got back into the kitchen and realized that I had not passed it on to her. I was sort of surprised that she did not ask for it, but I figured that I could tell her I would leave it for her under the front door mat when she e-mailed me. Except that she didn't e-mail me until May 11 (recall that she cleaned on April 18)!! She said she "lost" my e-mail and finally found it. (So what about my phone number?? Hard to lose a phone number on a cell phone!) Lack of dependability and honesty is why we terminated our last housekeeping service, and this experience pretty much told me that we were likely to be in for a similar experience.with NW Housecleaning. We ended up hiring another housekeeping service (Coka Swanson's - more expensive, but dependable and professional).

After another company cancelled on me at the last minute Monica came with very little notice. Because they worked me into their schedule on the date I needed they were here until 7p.m.. They definately went the extra mile. They did a fantastic job and I am looking forward to having them come on a regular basis.

Very quick response to come and give the bid. She started cleaning in two weeks. It is lovely to come home to a clean home!! No more dog hair!! There has been the need for a few reminders of our needs, but things are all in all great.

I found NW Housecleaning on Angie's List, but I had to go back home to California. My aunt contacted her, met her at the house, and was happy with the job.

Awesome - very professional and immediately responsive.

They did a fabulous job. I had them clean my house 2 different times and each time I had different people clean. However, they were extremely thorough at each cleaning. Everything was sparkling and clean when they left and they cleaned very quickly as well which is good for me since I have 2 little ones running around the house. Total cleaning time was 2 hours for 2100 square feet. I am extremely pleased with their work and would definitely hire them to clean again. And the price was fantastic!

They have been cleaning our home and my place of business for over 2 years. They are truly amazing people, and the work that they do is thorough. The staff is friendly and very dependable. I have rarely come across people that are as dedicated to their work and as competent. I wouldn't trust my home to anyone else. Thank you Monica for your services !

They did a fantastic move in cleaning last August. We were so pleased that we decided to schedule regular bi-weekly service. I have no complaints. So far they have done a wonderful job. We really like our team. Thanks Hilda.
