Mike and his worker were great with our questions and all the major work is phenomenal. In many areas they went above and beyond. Our only issue we had was with the little finishing details. Things like a broken trim corner patched with caulk instead of replacing the piece and small but noticeable imperfections. Honestly I think they were just in a bit of a rush to finish up because they worked our project into a very busy schedule.

Remodeled bathroom & laminate flooring in living room, family room & kitchen I'm very happy with the work, would hire them for any work I need in the future.

We live in Yakima and we called 4 different flooring installers. All of our local installers never called back, didnt show up for scheduled appts or cancelled appts prior to showing up. I called LL Flooring in Tri Cities and they recommended Mike's Construction. I called Mike, he answered! He was out the next day from Tri Cities to our Yakima home for an estimate/bid. Mike had a lot of great ideas and suggestions. We actually added more items to our remodeling project. We met Mike in Tri Cities where he helped us throughout the process. He helped pick out colors, flooring and granite counter tops. We also ripped out our old island and had a new one put in. Mike put in luxury vinyl planking throughout our home. Mike was very professional, worked long days, started work as scheduled and did all he said he would do. I would recommend Mike's Construction to anyone looking for a reliable contractor. Mike came to remodel my bathroom. He was quick and detailed. His work is high quality and would definitely reccomend his company for any home remodel projects. And nothing beats fair pricing with quality work. He is coming back to do my kitchen backsplash

This company had excellent customer service. Our product came two late, and Mike and Petr came in after hours to make sure it was installed quickly. They did a great job and didn't cut any corners! Fantastic work!

I hired Mike to put together and install some custom ready to assemble pantry cabinets. He was the only Construction professional willing to do the job and we were lucky to have found him! Mike's crew were polite, answered any questions, were clean and professional. They worked tirelessly to complete the job. There was an issue, not the construction crew's fault, with one set of cabinet doors being too wide and they explained the issue, showed us exactly what was wrong, even measuring them for us. When done they cleaned up boxes, packaging, sawdust, screws, everything. Even swept the floor! Mike came by after the crew had completed the job to job to check and verify we were satisfied and understood about the door issue. Could not be happier with the work done by Mike's Construction.

I have hired Mike for several projects around my house and he has always done excellent work. He goes above and beyond to do the job properly and make you happy. The last time he worked on my house he fixed my entry, front door, storm door, and wall. He had to repair and replaced everything that another contractor did and it was a mess!!!! He charged me the same amount that the contractor that did everything wrong and Mike put in a few other things that the 1st contractor did not do. His work was excellent and he really went out of his way to help me out that I paid him more than what he was asking for. I have had 4 other contractors that have previously done work on my house and Mike is the only one who I will ever call to remodel or do repairs on my home. I give him a 10 out of 5!!!!!!+

I received very professional, friendly and proficient service from Mike's Construction. Before work commenced, they gave me some good insight about design with which I made decisions about my flooring. They removed my old carpet, very meticulously prepped the surface for backer board and tile, and then finally installed and grouted the tile. I was very impressed with the results and I highly recommend them for everyone interested in receiving excellent work!

Mike did a great job replacing my kitchen and bathroom floors. He also installed a new vanity and toilet. He came up with some great ideas that made my bathroom project look even nicer, he came in early and stayed late and his workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended.

Poor workmanship, Grouting skills are horrible. After 1 month of use, the tile floor in my shower is turning black. Scrubbed it. It is the grout he used obviously. Tile lines are all over the place, Uneven grouting. One upper corner in my shower is a mess. He used a grey silicone grout to touch up that was darker than the mix and it looks terrible. His grout in the corners is the worst I have ever seen. He installed tiles with obvious flaws without bringing it to my attention. Mike is very knowledgeable about his trade, however, the execution is far, far off the mark.

mike was straight up and honest with what he could do and what it would cost ...job was done well and he was able to make time for me...i believe he was fair on the price and the flooring looks amazing

We needed to have our hardwood floor replaced. Mike came and gave us a thorough explanation of what was needed to be done and an estimate of the cost and schedule for the work. Mike gave us many good ideas (which we appreciated and took) resulting in a high quality floor. Mike and Miguel did a great job of replacing the floor and working with our schedule. The floor was done at estimated cost and the expected time. The new floor looks great, Thanks Mike and Miguel.

Miguel went above and beyond with everything. He did an amazing job putting in the carpet and then continued to clean it. Took the rest of the old carpet and disposed of it. Even fixed my Door hinge!!! Hope he gets fairly compensated!!!

Mike and his crew were terrific! My new kitchen is stunningly wonderful! There were a few bumps in the road, but Mike and/or his guys took care of them. Mike came up with a few ideas I had not thought of, he was very accommodating about what I wanted and what I didn’t. Strong recommendation!

I met with Mike of Mikes Construction regarding with having my hard wood floors replace. Mike took time to explain that the hard wood floor and the age of the home would not be possible. Mike took me to several flooring place and suggested alternative flooring. I mentioned about doing a remodel of my kitchen and Mike stated that was something he was license to do. I asked for an estimate on the kitchen remodel and the replacement of all the hard wood floors. The estimate was reasonable and he started work the following week. He was always on time and at the end of the day never left a mess. He communicated by phone and text message with any question that arose. I am very pleased with my kitchen remodel and extremely happy with my hard wood floors. I have an elderly dog and he and his coworkers were very courteous not to upset her. In the future I plan to have Mike do the remodels in both of my bathrooms.

We had our master bath remodeled. We explained what we wanted and Mike was very patient and made it happen! It actually turned out better than we thought. Frequently we found ourselves going with many of Mike's ideas and color schemes because he was right on with everything..he knows what he's doing and will explain in detail. We wanted all the details done right...and he never side stepped anything! Great work, Great guy...so glad we went with him!

Total kitchen remodel: I wish I had a before picture and then the final result. It is amazing-Mike totally gutted and remodeled my 1950s kitchen. I basically left everything up to him, he picked out an awesome tile and backsplash. He gave some other great opinions. He and his team demonstrated great workmanship, were always reliable, and trustworthy. I felt very comfortable letting them have free access to my home so I could go on with my daily routine. Also had a new living room floor put in (removed carpet). Hes coming back to do another room, and see what options I have for an older duplex bathroom remodel.
