+ -1 moreAlways dependable. I sent a text message to them at 2:30 one snowy morning. When I found out that my heat pump was out. By 6:30, he was on the phone calling me back. That is pretty responsive. He was out here in an foot and a half of snow.

Description of Work: Repair person was very up front with me about the risks and benefits of repairing versus replacing my older heat pump. I wound up choosing repair, and found Integrity charged less than my previous heat pump service had given me as an estimate for the same repair.

+ -1 moreThe service was awful and they left a spot on the carpet. They claimed that did not make the spot and we had to clean it up. They were very nasty about it and did not take care of anything after the installation.

Description of Work: We have had this company come out several times with problems relating to our A/C and heating unit. They are very professional. Reasonably priced. Contact was easy and professional. Both time they pin pointed the problems and solved them in short order. I had another company telling me the entire system needed to be replaced on our house that was built in 2006! This company handled the problem and explained the system to me (we have a three story house with a somewhat more complicated zone type of A/C and heating so it was great to understand a bit better what was going on) I highly recommend this company.
