We contacted Dennis Herron with a request for a small but important job of installing a railing and gate to protect an open stairwell. He responded quickly, arrived on time for the estimate, agreed to do the work that same week, and showed up to do the work when he said he would. The job was more difficult and took more time than he anticipated, but he persevered and finished the job, and the result looks great.
