They were always pleasant and helpful. They provided information to us on how we could move other items and where we could obtain crates for packing some of our things.

Telephone representative was totally unprofessional. If a business can't be bother to give an estimate (even when their web site indicates free estimates), they certainly don't need to be handling my personal property. I will find a more responsive company.

GREAT! The move was on time, the men worked as a very efficient team. Couldn't have been a better experience. Pre move suggestions were offered to make the move go smoother; boxes & bins were available as well.

The movers provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. Approximately two weeks before the move, they delivered boxes, tape and packaging paper to the apartment and advised me of the cost of each. There was nothing that I was not informed about. I received a call the day before the move to confirm my appointment and the morning of stating that they were on their way. They were punctual and courteous (it was an early-morning move). Casey and Mark handled my furniture and other items in the same manner that I would and I am a little obsessive-compulsive. The guys rolled out the red carpet (literally) to protect my floors and asked questions as they went to find out where I wanted the boxes placed.The move went smoothly and quicker than anticipated. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone! Awesome job Help-U-Move!!

Two movers arrived on time with a large straight truck. Did a quick survey of items to be moved, then proceded to load owner-packed boxes followed by indoor and outdoor furniture items, upright freezer, and assorted small appliances. Both movers worked continuously, except for a lunch break, for 10+ hours. The were assisted by the owner/agent during the last hour. None of the items moved were damaged and the movers showed concern for the condition of the items. They were polite and professional in all respects. It should be noted, however, that all boxes moved except wardrobe boxes were packed by the owners. We had been advised that this was the best preparation for this move.

They were very professional. Began on time and arrived with all materials (dollies, blankets, specialty packing materials required to carry out the move. Towards the end of the move they decided they needed an additional truck to move all our boxes, it arrived shortly thereafter. No delay in the move. It took less time than expected to unload into the new house. We were very happy - also nothing was broken or scratched. I would recommend this company to anyone moving around our area.

All it took was one call describing my moving needs and I got on their schedule within 2 days. They were punctual and arrived when they said they would. Their crew is very professional and worked quickly -- they billed me for the job/time involved and I thought their fees were very reasonable. Every item they moved was padded and carefully loaded and unloaded. They even unhooked a Washer and Dryer and had tools available for whatever they needed to do. This is the 3rd time I have hired them and would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

Smooth quick operation.

When we called to make arrangements for the move the person we spoke to gave us prices and set up the move date. There was no discussion of a contract. They called the day before the move to confirm the date and time. We were having them move us from an apartment to a house. The crew showed up a little early and immediately looked over the items to be transported (furniture, boxes and garage items) and decided how to load the truck. We were given a contract with three highlighted places to initial and told to sign. There was no explanation of the contract or options--just sign where highlighted. Afterwards we found out that there were options that we would have taken. On the positive side the crew was very professional, nice to deal with and worked quickly. Unfortunately while loading the truck they had to move the truck to let a car out of a parking spot and didn't check to make sure that what had been loaded was secured. Three matching bookcases and a matching corner unit hadn't been secured and when the truck was moved they fell over causing damage to the back and sides of the three bookcases and breaking the corner unit. They fell on top of two wooden shoe racks completely destroying them. The crew immediately came to us to explain what happened, apologize and took responsibility for the damage. They told us how to file a claim. When the items were unloaded they showed us in detail each damaged area and once again apologized. It was an unfortunate accident that could have been prevented but we understood that the company would compensate us. When we looked over the damage thoroughly and took pictures for what we thought would be a claim we called the company. The person we spoke to was very disagreeable and insulting. He finally agreed to come look at the damage and when he showed up told us that we would only be compensated at the rate of 60 cents per pound. He estimated the weight and offered us $200. We explained that the replacement cost was just under $1000 and he said that since we didn't take out a separate insurance policy $200 was all they were responsible for per the law and the contract. Take it or leave it was the attitude. We explained that we weren't given the option of additional insurance and he admitted that they hadn't told us about it and that the way the contract was presented with highlighted areas to sign was deceptive. After talking to our insurance agent and finding out they couldn't help us we called the next day and agreed to take the $200. The check was to be put in the mail the next day. We had to call a week later and remind them they owed us $200. Even though the crew that moved us was very nice to deal with we definitely wouldn't recommend the company to anyone else and wouldn't use them again.

they were very professional. they did a great job moving us, nothing was scratched, dented, or damaged. the guys were fast and stayed focused.
