DunRight Construction does okay work but prices are higher than other contractors and communication could be a lot better. I am not happy with the concrete foundation. It was poured larger than the contract plans so my steel building was not able to be built per plan specs due to the concrete foundation being oversized.

They did an absolutely amazing job for us. They completely took out the old grass, installed new sod, set up new sprinkler lines and heads, and otherwise gave us an amazing new lawn. It is so smooth, even, and green; I love it. It looks like a golf course. I could not be more happy. The staff was super friendly, professional, and they did everything they quoted us for. Thank you so much Marco!

We had a hard time getting time we could meet but once the plan was in place the work was done on time and to my satisfaction.

After hiring them for a driveway extension, I told them there was no rush on the job, only that I needed it completed before Thanksgiving. We scheduled a date to begin the work, and with a completion time of the next day. Due to the air quality being hazardous from the fires at the time, the job was delayed. In my opinion, this was an acceptable delay. On the last day of the month, the crew arrived early in the morning, and the entire job was completed on that day. I spoke with the crew and had no problem even though I do not speak spanish. I was, and am very happy with the work, and look forward to hiring them again for some future projects.

I hired DunRight Construction to replace my broken driveway. They essentially did the entire job in one day so cannot fault them for dragging their feet. But, that speed had its cost. The forms were not supported well so my circle drives curves now has wobbles in it. I do not think I quite got all of the gravel I was supposed to get but they did compact it well. The wire may not have been pulled into the concrete consistently. The finishers did a great job.

Initially, Marco was exceptionally responsive, coming out to bid our job within an hour of my call. He answered our questions and made several excellent suggestions. We knew that our project would be tacked on to some larger project nearby and so we were not unhappy when our project was delayed three times, though it would have been better if Marco had initiated the notification of delays; we always had to contact him when it was hours past the expected time of his arrival. The bid for our project included the preparation of the site as well as the removal and disposal of the existing concrete pad. No one came to do this prep work and it seemed obvious to us that the pour could not happen without this advance prep work being done before the day of the pour. Marco told us that the concrete from the truck would need to be poured rapidly once they arrived because it would be starting to set up from being in the truck at the previous job. So after three delays my husband broke out the old concrete pad himself and prepared the bed exactly to the specs Marco gave him. Marco said the area of the pad needed to be 6 inches deep - 2 inches of gravel would go down and then 4 inches of concrete would go over the top, but on the day of the pour, no gravel was brought to the site and instead, Marco said they would just use concrete. Marco felt he gave us excellent value as the concrete used in the landing pad was of far superior quality than a ready-mix pour and it was extra thick. I am sure this is true; however, I do not need to drive a semi over this 3 X 5 foot stair landing. I have a Hummer of a landing when I just needed a little Smart Car pad. We found places under the deck to *bury* much of the old broken out concrete, but there were several large pieces we also had to haul to the dump ourselves. Marco and his crew did an excellent job on the small landing he poured for us. The crew worked quickly, professionally, and congenially. We did have some problems with the cleanup process and for this I will take some responsibility. But when Marco and I reached an agreement as to how the issues would be resolved, he did not honor his commitment and did not communicate that he was not going to follow through. So once again we were left waiting for him to arrive with material to finish a job. We wished that we had withheld part of the payment until we had discussed the issues of the site preparation and disposal included in the bid but not performed. Unfortunately, we paid him in full that day and there was no negotiation to be done after the fact. It has been more than three weeks since I discussed this with Marco. I feel I have given him ample time to make good on his resolution before leaving this review. If you have a big project you need done, I think DunRight will likely do an excellent job. But if you just have a backyard project, better to look for a handyman who specializes in small projects.

We opted to add to our project with patio steps and landing. We are very happy with the repaired sidewalk and patio. We would use Marcos again.

Marco and his team were very thorough and followed through on all that we requested. Stayed within the estimated cost also. The project turned out great. Very professional and got the job done in a very timely manner.

Gave approximate costs for additional work and doubled the cost at billing. Twice initially refused to adjust cabinet doors after install stating that wasn't his responsibility. Poor finish work that he admitted to doing. Unqualified to install problem crown moulding and he said he would pay to have a professional install it. Forgot to remove squeaks in floor until own reminded him he agree to do it in writing. Owner had to remind him to install refrigerator tubing from reverse osmosis system which he should have installed prior to cabinet installation.

He was on timeand the finished product was great.

Company exhibited competence and professional quality work. They could have improved in communication when delays occurred due to machinery repair needs. Cleanup following work was good but not great.
