This was actually a referral to a real estate client of ours and she was completely thrilled by the price, their guarantee, and the quality of work. They showed up on time, fixed the screens on her soffit vents around the home and gave her a written guarantee for their work as well. It has been a couple of years since I've used them but I've used them a lot of different times. They were not great, not bad. They did what they were supposed to do.

Ants were all over the bait immediately. Disappeared until warm weather, as informed that they would. Started using the bait that was provided as instructed. The came, ate, and went home, presumedly to die. Just perfect.

We have been experiencing a deluge of pesky woodpeckers for the past few months. Every time I would hear them, I ran outside and scared them off. This afternoon when I stepped out, I found two holes in our in the corner of the eaves in our stucco. The holes were approximately 3-4 inches in diameter. I was beside myself when I saw the holes, so I immediately went to Angie's List to locate a reputable pest/exterminator. After reading reviews about CPP, I called and Jim answered the phone. I told him about the woodpecker problem and Jim said that he would be right out, that he was already in the area. Within 15-20 minutes Jim arrived. I showed him the areas where the woodpeckers drilled holes. Jim took the time to explain the habits of woodpeckers and what I could expect. We then discussed the products that CPP utilizes to get rid of woodpeckers. I told Jim what I had already done, once I discovered the issue, and he said that I did the right thing. Jim stated that if I wanted to, I could wait to see if the problem is resolved with what I did, and if it didn't get rid of the woodpeckers, he would be more than willing to come back and utilize his products. He stated that he believed my solution would work, but that I need to be diligent. I was so impressed by the fact that Jim immediately came out. In addition, I was blown away that Jim did not try to hard-sell his services. Jim is extremely professional and super knowledgeable about the woodpecker problem. I thanked him profusely and told him at the first sign of Spring, I want him to return to spray for spiders. I will DEFINITELY utilize Jim's services, and I highly recommend CPP to everyone. You can't go wrong!!

I called at 2 pm and he came out that same day at 5 pm. He was very informative, explaining the nature of yellow jackets and letting us know what he would be using and how it worked. A nice mix of friendly and professional. Not in a big hurry and willing to wait for my husband to get into the house where he would be safe from any angry yellow jackets --before the pesticide was applied. We were very pleased that all of the insects were gone by noon the next day. Awsome!

We had an outbreak of spiders on the exterior of our house (live down near the Columbia River). I contacted Complete Pest Prevention and they were able to work with my schedule and come out to the house within 2 days. We had an exterior application for spiders and have been enjoying being spider-fee ever since. I asked about regular maintenance and have since signed up with them for a regular seasonal spider exterior spider spray.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Complete Pest Prevention. I had battled ants for at least 4 years on my own and never put a dent in them. Jim knew his insects. He educated us on the habits of each infesting insect and how to prevent their spread. He gave us a quote, did the work with no 'upselling." Right away we say Black Widow spiders dropping out of their hiding places and dying. Today, 3 days later, our carpenter reported that we had a huge termite infestion in the kitchen of one of the units being remodeled. Jim came out within 20 minutes. It turned out to be a next of Oderous House Ants. He put out bait for them, and didn't charge me for the service. He said he was glad to give me good news. I will definitely use him whenever I have a pest problem, and with a house build in 1948 that will probably be often.

I called Complete Pest after finding their name on Angie's List and they were incredibly helpful. They scheduled a next day appointment, were on time, and completed the spraying in a professional, friendly manner. They even called the next day to see how their services met our expectations!

Service person, Robert, arrived promptly and was very friendly and knowledgeable about spiders. He sprayed inside and out - also checking our store-bought spider traps for what kind of spiders we were finding. He told us that while we didn't have a lot of spiders, he did find a few just hanging out in some corners and in a few of the traps that were still alive. Robert was very helpful, and even helped my daughter identify a spider that she had taken a picture of with her cell phone. We will be using this service again.

I only called for information which was shared with me for no charge. He told me what to look for so i could determine if I needed his service.

We determined that the problem was at a scale that I could, with his simple but knowledgeable advice, resolve on my own. I am not advocating this business as a means of collecting free information (he would have to charge you for that...). I am advocating this professional and courteous company as a business you can fully trust with your Pest Control needs and concerns.
