FANTASTIC! John, the "salesperson" patiently went through all our options and answered all our questions (twice! My husband had been out of town, so after meeting with me, John came again and went over all the information with my husband and I together.) He helped us get all available rebates, through the power compay, the manufacturer and even to going through Costco for additional savings! Then Campbell and Co. submitted all needed info to receive the rebates, we didn't have to do anything but sign our name! Not one time did he ever pressure us or try to steer us to a more expensive unit than we were comfortable with, he simply provided information on everything available and what added benefits each model provided. Then just two days later they arrived to install the units. My sincere thanks to Electricians Jake and David, Installers Vladimir and Nathan, Supervisor Paul and Start Up techs Mike and Jose (I hope I didn't miss anyone because EVERYONE was superlative. It took a full day but the men got our old system out and the new system installed in just one day! They were so considerate and careful to wear shoe protecters whenever they were on the carpet (even when they were going in and out a lot.) They were careful to keep the dust down when cutting sheetrock and were careful not to scrape or mar the paint or walls. They paid such attention to detail and so patiently explained what they were doing and answered all my multiple questions. Before everyone left they checked with me to make sure I had no further questions that they had cleared everything away and left the house and yard clean and orderly. They even had to move a plant in order to set the heatpump unit and they dug it up carefully and put it in a pot I supplied for them!! Mike and Jose were the last to leave, after a very long day for them, but they didn't leave without doing a final check and making sure I knew what to expect as well as unfamiliar noises or messages on the digital thermostat as well as how to program it. Everyone took every scrap of cardboard, sheetrock and equipment - including my old furnace and AC unit. The only evidence anyone had been here today was my new equipment and a tidier yard! We have been on a twice yearly inspection and service plan with Campbell and Co. for years and have always been so pleased with their services. Normally we never schedule any home or property projects without getting at least three estimates. My husband and I discussed getting other estimates as the cost of an HVAC system is considerable, but we mutually decided that even if we were able to get a lower price peace of mind is priceless! Campbell and Co. has proven itself through the quality of its products and people for at least five years to us and we have never had even a shadow of a complaint, so it was a given that we wanted them to handle such a large investment for us. We both have no doubt that we made the right decision, not only because of the experience noted above, but due to our certainty that they stand behind their products and theirs services completely. Thank you, Cambell and Co. and thank you techs and office personnel for your wonderful service!

Tech arrived on time and finished in about 20 minutes.

I called Campbell & Co. Monday morning and explained that I had an appointment on Wednesday but my heater had broken and wondered if someone could come out sooner. I also let them know that I have MS and the cold makes it very difficult for me. They were able to have a tech to my house by 9 a.m. Ashley S. was very thorough and found the problem quickly. While waiting for a replacement part to be delivered to the house he bypassed the broken switch so that the house could warm up a bit. When the part arrived, he changed it out quickly and then proceeded with the spring maintenance. We had already planned on having our filter changed and a lubricant added to our air conditioner. The broken part and labor added an additional 220 to our bill but with the quick and efficient service, we were very pleased. I then explained we were looking to upgrade our water heater system so he told me they did plumbing and electrical and their options including adding an annual plumbing and electrical service maintenance visit to our current plan. Ashley is very personable, kind, and made sure he explained everything to my satisfaction.

They were always on time and did a great job. Everything was good!

They were last here three months ago and since then, I have put them on a rotation to come out for a check and tune up because I have the system insurance; the a/c. I think they are absolutely great and effective. I think there price is high, but I also found out the whole entire area is high. I pay like $16 a month for the maintenance plan, but when they do come out and its something that its not covered, I usually looking at something like $400. It would be great if I got 20% off the prices that are not covered because I am a regular customer.

After carefully screening various HVAC system contractors in the area (Yakima, WA) we decided to put our trust in Campbell and Company since coupled with Costco they provided great value for a state of the art system that included wireless connection to the system through a smartphone. The installation was efficient and done on time, with high quality components and clean, professional techniques used. Placement of the components was discussed and technicians were very cooperative in accommodating the client's desires. The contractor provided training on the system and answered all technical questions fully. We highly recommend Campbell & Company if you are looking for outstanding customer service, they even took care of the paperwork in order to get the rebates that Pacific Power is currently offering for upgrading home energy efficiency.

I've used them for 20 years. I use them on a building that I own, on a duplex that I own and on my own home. I have a maintenance agreement with them. They inspect the unit, twice a year. Their price is a little high.

Went well. Tech was detailed and took his time explaining options, why, and costs. While I am very technical, his initial explanations would have been easy for most anyone to understand and he expanded with details when I asked for more information.

I have a service contract with them and it was 6 weeks to schedule routine service. They do a good job and I trust them. Their service techs are very respectful of my home.

Campbell and Co. was highly recommended by this website and a salesman at Costco. I strongly disagree with the assessment from this website and the salesman from Costco as to the integrity of this Company. This review is just my opinion, so take it for what it's worth.

thus saving repair I got a reasonable deal on the fireplace unit. I had limited space, but was able to get all the bells and whistles. They said that the new unit would work with a remote and I wouldn't need the wall switch. The correct answer is that I wouldn't have a working wall switch, so I had to scramble to get that electrical box moved. They forgot to order the part that makes the remote control work. It took quite a while to get it. People showed up when I wasn't expecting them because someone forgot to call me. In the end, the fireplace works well and looks fine. They were able to finagle the vent into the same spot as the old one, thus saving me repair to the siding. The subcontractor (Cliff Thorn) they hired was excellent. His drywall guy did an amazing job on the wall.

They did a good job. They were knowledgeable and professional. The service was excellent and they were very responsive. I would use them again.

The service went very well. They're reliable. They're well known in this area, they're a pretty good sized company.

Campbell and Company replaced my furnace and AC unit in the fall of 2013. They provided a top-of-the-line furnace that is very energy efficient. They also provide preventive maintenance twice a year. They are always on time and are fast. My new HVAC has been great since day 1. I bought the unit through Costco and got numerous discounts, including $1500 on a Costco card. I'd highly recommend Campbell and Company for repair or replacement of your furnace or air conditioner.

In order to schedule my seasonal inspection it was 6 weeks before I could have a date. When the tech finally arrived on November 24th he was very thorough and did a contentious job. He found that the furnace was malfunctioning and probably had a crack in the heat exchanger. He "red tagged" my furnace and capped off the gas line to it. Leaving me with no heat. The next day they contacted the parts supplier, but said it would take at least a week to get it. In the mean time they provided me with electric space heaters. I also had estimates for a complete replacement HVAC system. Costs ranged from $8000 to $11,000 plus tax and installation sometime in December with forecasts of temps in the teens this weekend and no one working on Thanksgiving. I have no problem with C&C's employees. They seem competent and respectful. I do feel that the seasonal inspections I'm paying for should be done in a timely fashion and have a 6 week lead time. Maybe they have signed up too many people for this maintenance program and need to hire more inspectors. I also think in the middle of winter they should show a little more rushed to get the heat back on. I also think their prices are inflated. I wound up having my entire HVAC replaced through Home Depot for $7,300 including tax the next day. And yes the Bryant system I have now is the equivalent of the C&C $8,000 Colman or Lennox.

The service technician was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, explaining everything in as much detail as I asked for, but was never pushy with any part of the service. I would definitely use Campbell and Company again for HVAC service and maintenance. Two thumbs up!

They were awesome!!! From the estimate through the service, they were great. They were on time, professional, and fully explained all that they were going to do. I talked to two other companies and was not impressed, but Campbell was fantastic. The work was done in one day, and the total cost matched the estimate. We were thrilled with the service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Great! They were very thorough and did a very professional job. They were prompt, on schedule and under quote. They followed up on their work with satisfaction surveys, physical checkups and service. Not only did they perform the work that they quoted me, they installed 2 outside work outlets in the house that were requested by me for no additional charge. They come in with a crew and get the job done and get out. Their crews have specialty duties such as they brought in their own electrical crew to perform the electrical portion, In doing this, the job was easily performed in a manner to meet local electrical code. Passing the code inspection was not a problem. Unlike their competitor in Yakima, Comfort Pros, they are prompt on communication and do not pass the buck and blame the customer. They also do not push to upsell what the customer wants.

I recently bought this house and a home warranty was purchased with it. It has been extremely hot (2 weeks in excess of 100 degrees) and it seemed the ac unit, although functioning, was not keeping up so I called Campbell for a maintenance and diagnostic visit. Nick from Campbell showed up on time and went right to work. He diagnosed the unit as being old (1975 vintage) and went about doing a full check on the system. He identified many parts that are going to need replaced and actually only charged me for the diagnostic as there really wasn't much maintenance he could do. Credit card payment was prompt and he filled out a very thorough quote, showed me around the system, and told me what my options are. All in all it took just over an hour.

Went well for the most part. Estmator was to provide a resource for a water heater installation along with the A/C estimate. NEVER HAPPENED. He was clean and professional and spent some time measuring windows, but it was price higher than I was willing to pay at the time.

I just signed a contract that they will maintain my furnace and air conditioning unit for the Spring and Fall. They've just been good for what I needed.
