Description of Work: Removed old oil furnace, ductwork, chimney and asbestos. Replaced with all new ducts, returns, heat pump and furnace. They contacted all needed vendors and took care of everything. Work was completed in a timely manner and all employees were courteous, considerate of my home, and tried to control dust and messes.

Description of Work: I was told by one technician when I started using them that I needed about $1000 worth of repairs and my fan motor was about to give out. I did not have the money to make all the repairs so they just did the regular |Spring service. From them on, none of their future service people ever said anything was wrong or anything needed to be replaced. After 1 year of having my house get super hot in the Winter then super cold before heat came on, then really hot in the summer and then getting really cold when the air came on, I decided to try another servicing company. To be honest I went at least 1 year without ever have the service people come at all during that time. The new service company fixed everything for less than $500 and never had to replace any fan or anything that was quoted the first time Campbell & company came to do routine season checks.

Description of Work: Campbell does a great job on the maintenance for our heat pump, but most recently we called them to do some unrelated electrical work. I purchased a ceiling fan for my craft room, and it required assembly as well as extending a circuit to the center of the room above the ceiling. The electrician installed it neatly and exactly as I wished, and better yet, he vacuumed the carpet under the fan afterward and cleaned up to the extent that you could never tell the work had been done minutes before. While he was there, I had him go out and look at our garage panel to give his opinion on whether it should be replaced in the future (it is sub-fed from a smaller panel and about 40 years old). He looked at it and told me that he would leave it just as it was - it was a good panel, with breakers still available, and it would probably be the same panel they would install if asked to replace it. I appreciated his honesty so much that I took his card so I could ask specifically for him when I call for future electrical work at Campbell. His name was Tyler Gefre.

Description of Work: Campbell & Co. performed Spring maintenance on our heat pump system. They arrived within their stated window. The technician did a very thorough job and found no problems. The cost stated is for 6 months of maintenance service which is paid monthly.

Description of Work: They installed a new heating/AC system in my daughter's mobile home. Everything OK except where they had to add a filter opening. Not finished very well. a little on the expensive side.

Description of Work: A whole new heat pump, added a duct for more effiency, and duct cleaning. They did a great job, very professional!

Description of Work: They serviced the gas fireplaces and part of that service was to re-paint the interior. However, the tech used spray paint and the "dust" from that paint went to many surfaces beyond their tarp. Cleanup not appreciated. Also, the tech charged me $17 for a simple switch which my son (an electrician) said was not more than about $3 in a box store.

They assessed the problem and gave us an estimate for future parts and labor. We were on emergency heat. We got another opinion for the same parts and labor. The cost was lower and we were happier with the professionalism and customer service.
