Description of Work: I called them in the morning at 830am. They arrived at 1115am. The guy was very nice and polite. He cleaned the ac unit of my heat pump for my house. AC works excellent now blowing cool air. After he finished with the ac unit he set my thermostat to 70 and waited until my house cooled to that temperature. This took 2 hours for the house to cool down. I have a 3500 sqft house. So for almost 3 hours being at my house. My bill was only $87.00 dollars. I've used other contractors and just for 20 minutes I was charged over $100.00 dollars so I was expecting the bill to be much much much higher than what it was. I will definitely call Campbell & Company again.

Description of Work: They said what they'd do and did it. We had to cash out some stock to pay for a new HVAC system. They called us nearly everyday to see if the check had arrived, which was fairly annoying, but we trust in the work they did and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: They have been involved in replacing our heat pump unit and rewiring issues that went along with that. They are so professional in every aspect of the care they give the customer. Polite, courteous, and experts in their fields, each service person was a delight to deal with!

Description of Work: I called in an emergency service call to work on furnace on new years day. They had to call in another technician to take care of me because they were so busy but they got there mid afternoon. 3 hours later my unit was up and running. The tech to call AHS twice to get an authorization number. Great customer service.

Description of Work: I had a water source heat pump that was 21 years old and very noisy. Constant maintenance by me prompted me to replace the unit. When I needed help in an emergency Campbell & Company responded. I got a estimate on five different installs and chose the third since noise was an issue with me. Campbell & Company removed the old system and installed the new air source heat pump in two days. No more noise or water leaks. Campbell did a great job, I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired our gas furnace. On original contact, offered an appointment in two days but called back within an hour to say they had a cancellation and a tech could now be here in an hour. Tech arrived and quickly isolated the problem as a failed ignitor for which he had a replacement on board. I am familiar with the inside of our furnace and observed that the failed part was in a particularly difficult place to access due to the way the furnace was originally installed. Because of this, the part could only be accessed by cutting some of the outside air intake pipe which meant that he had to make another trip to get a coupling to splice the cut pipe. The additional time to get the coupling and come back to finish the job probably added an additional hour of labor. In any case, our furnace was repaired and operating within about four/five hours of our original call.
