While traveling with our 2 young children, West on 182 on 11-14-17 @11:15 am one of Artistic's red trucks merged into traffic just before Road 68 exit. At the first concrete joint (bump) in the highway a few rocks came off of the rear bumper/fender area of the truck. Many of the rocks missed me, 1 however did not, and put a good sized crack chip in my windshield. I called this company and explained the incident, and was provided the Phone number of the truck driver. He said he wold call me back after work and fix the problem, he did not return my call. After waiting 2 days I called the office again, and was told he would call me later that day ...no call. Today after waiting 4 more days, I again call the office , and after explaining the reason for calling I was "Yea OK thanks for calling" and was hung up on..Soooo, I take it, this company is going to skirt their responsibility , 1 for not pre-trippng their equipment after loading with material, before entering the roadway. 2. after being made aware that one of their drivers FAILED to secure his truck for public safety, is rudely not taking action to correct its procedure and repair damages to my vehicle. I will contact all concrete mixing plants and find location the use and inform them and see how many businesses want to endorse this type of life threatening behavior, and just all around bad business, here in the tri-cities...

Description of Work: It is now spring and the curbing has been in for 9 months. It looks great. We were very impressed with the equipment and team that got the job done quickly. They accomplished straight lines and beautiful work. We highly recommend this company.

This review is for both Artistic and Cachy's : Called Cachys and set up a time to meet for the estimate, which he was a no-show. After apologies I agreed to meet the next day and this outfit (Artistic) showed up instead. Tells me he does Cachys curbing. After looking the job over he ups the price on me and says the original price was valid only if there were no prep work! Wanting to get the job done with, I agreed to the inflated price and we set a date to do the work. After not hearing from them the whole week, I had to text them again and he tells me to pick another day! I'm done, going with JD's. So far I like everything about JD's compared to Artistic/Cachys. He's 33% under the price quoted by Artistic/Cachy's and he's much more professional! DO NOT BOTHER WITH ARTISTIC/CACHY's, there are better contractors out there.
Description of Work: Nothing, he didn't keep the appointments we made, TWICE.

Great. Better than the company who did the other curbing.
