Got talked into a smaller system than my original. Have had nothing but problems. AC/Heat runs constantly, doesn't heat/cool efficiently. Run as fast as you can.....

Fine. They pointed out many of the item of which i was aware and others as well.

They did a very good job. They where just late for the service call.

They came out and did a great job. My system is now clean and produces less dust by 90% and the house smells great. Service was performed over a 3 1\2 hour period. The guys were very aware to not damage anything in our home.

They should follow up because they never put on the filter holder on the furnace unit inside the closet. I called and asked them and they said they'll get someone out here but that never happened. So as far as I am concerned they never finished the install and it has been years. As far as it was done the work was nice, but it wasn't complete. I'll tell others to go somewhere else.

A-One was great! I don't know much about furnaces, but they came recommended, so I called them up when my vents weren't blowing hot air. The guy came the next day and looked things over. Not knowing anything about furnaces, I was afraid he was gonna charge me for some big fix. Turns out it was just a bad ignitor. He did a good job explaining to me that they need to be replaced so often and it's not a big deal. He was in and out in 15 minutes, and my place was toasty in no time. He could have definitely taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but I'm so glad he didn't. Highly recommended!

I spoke to Brady who provided me with a general idea of what the cost would be upfront. It seemed reasonable based on other companies I had contacted. We then arranged for a site visit and upon inspection the price was a little less than the initial estimate. They were prompt in getting there and answered all of my questions. We have not had any further issues with the air conditioning unit.

The guy came up here. He charged me almost $400. He was here less than an hour. He didn't do nothing. I showed him what the problem was actually. I fixed the problem by turning my air conditioner back on because it was just over heated and all I had to do was turn it back on the next day wait 24 hours and he still gave me a bill of almost $400. The whole time he was on his cell phone and then when I called his boss and talked to him about this bill he told me that the guy doesn't have a cell phone. I wasn't happy with the services or billing or anything. I will never use them again.

It was December 2013 and I just moved into my home that had been rented out for many years. The heat was not working, and it was so cold in the home. I called A-One and they immediately sent someone out to take a look at the heater. The gentleman indicated that it had damage done to the brain board and that he could replace it but it would be like a grand and there wasn't a guarantee that it was the only problem, since the unit was 17 years old. I asked what he recommended and he advised to replace the unit. Of course I didn't want to spend 10 grand, on a unit when there was no guarantee that we would keep this home in the future. He called his boss Kyle, who owns the company and he came out the following day to go over options with me. I advised Kyle that I didn't have a lot of money and my husband is military as well, he isn't here and we aren't even sure we are keeping this place or selling it. He gave me a lot of different options and I settled on next to the cheapest of 6512 for the installation, A/C unit and heating unit, which comes with a 10 year guarantee and it can be used by future owners should we sell. Kyle offered to bring in industrial heaters in the meantime as the unit had to be ordered and it would be a couple of days to get there. I declined the heaters and just got a few from Walmart to keep me and my dogs warm for the time being. In a couple of days the crew showed up and they began work, they worked all day with no lunch break to install the heater. Finally I had heat! They came about a week later to install the A/C unit, as it was not a priority at the time. After they installed the heater, the next day I went to get a shower and there was no hot water. I guess they turned off the pilot light to the water heater since the heater unit runs off gas as well and they had to connect to the lines. That was an inconvenience to have to wait till the water heated in order to shower but it was one I could deal with, at least I had heat. Kyle was very professional and went above and beyond when I had questions or concerns. He worked with me on budget to get me the best product.

Quick to respond to failed A/C unit at home location. Fixed problem fuse in twenty minutes but serviced entire unit without estimate!! Then gave me a $500 bill at the end. What should have been less than an hour of labor turned into 3 hours, plus service call, plus cleaning fee, plus extra parts...I'll stick with Bruce next time :(
