About us

I came to WSU in 1982, graduated in Architecture in 19888, and have lived in the Palouse ever since. I have owned and operated my business since 1990 and am licensed in both Washington and Idaho. Residential Design is my passion and my work includes a lot of new construction, and both major and minor remodels and additions. I have a vast experience with all types and sizes of projects. My services include an initial meeting, project progress meetings (as many as necessary), full and open communication throughout the duration of the design and review process, and availability during the construction process as necessary. Deliverables include full-size sets of final stamped Construction Documents along with PDFs for reprinting purposes. I work with many local contractors and have developed great working relationships over the years. As a result, I will be able to recommend one that will best fit your project.

Some projects may require services from additional professional designers - most often Structural Engineering. Large non-standard new construction and/or complex or difficult additions and remodels are the projects that typically require these services. I have working relationships with a few local Structural Engineers and can facilitate their involvement as necessary.
