Description of Work: Mike is extremely responsive. He answers every call and email promptly. His responses are thorough and thoughtful. He clearly cares about his customers. |I needed some old concrete retaining walls and deteriorated steps resurfaced. He came and did the job on time, in the spring of 2014. During the winter I noticed that water pooled in a few places on the steps he had resurfaced. A year later, long after I had paid him, he was still as responsive as he had been when he was bidding for a job. As before, he fully explained my options and the pros and cons of each. As before, he was careful to see that we agreed on a plan of action. Then he resurfaced the 3 steps in question. I am confident that if I had another problem he would be just as attentive. The B on price is because all concrete work is expensive. The B on quality is because I had to call him back. | |I highly recommend Mike for any concrete resurfacing you may need. His work made a huge difference in the "curb appeal" of my home. Instead of cringing when I look at it, I am quite pleased.

Description of Work: Concrete repair of steps and landing for apartment building on WSU campus

Description of Work: Filled in dips and uneven places in our sidewalk and put on acrylic coating. Our walk is 45 years old and looked it. It had developed places that you could trip on and we felt that it was not safe. It needed a face lift. They filled in and made it even, filled in cracks. Then they put on four top coats of a concrete that each coat was thin. The next day, they put on two coats of acrylic with color in the top coat. It looks lovely! Be sure not to leave hoses etc. around as there may be spatters. They covered the house up. You must stay off for 24 hours.
