No Problem Construction

Great. Nick found the problem right away. There were two screws through an electrical wire caused by another contractor. He quickly and efficiently found the problem and replaced the wire.

Nick arrived and got right to work. Very professional and personal. Was a great help and the work performed was top quality. I will definitely hire "No Problem Construction Services" again. I am really pleased and relieved that the wiring problem that I was having has been resolved. Nick is very knowledgeable and was great at explaining the problem and remedy. Was money well spent.

Nick and team were referred to us by our real estate agent upon purchase of a 10 year old home. We had a very aggressive timeline of 2 weeks from taking possession to moving in and Nick and team were able to complete the majority of the work prior to our move in. My wife has very specific tastes down to the can light housing and Nick met everyone of her requirements. Our children were curious about all the activity and his crew didn't mind the constant audience and were polite and professional at all times even w/ a never ending list of questions from inquisitive little kids while they framed, sheet rocked painted etc. The remaining work e.g. siding and flashing required waiting until dry weather so we can't blame him for that as they were quick to schedule us once the sun came out in the pacific northwest for the remaining work. Will definitely use him for future projects and if the comments from our friends at a recent house party were any indication he will have other work headed his way too.

My elderly, disabled mother's refrigerator and many of the plugs weren't functioning. It turned out that the breaker was tripped. Simple fix but more that she or my sister could do. I called Nick, he was there within 2 hours and fixed the problem without making my mom or sister feel silly that it was literally an on/off fix. He was there maybe 7 minutes. He gave me a "special" rate which I appreciated. Not only is he a capable contractor, he is a nice person.

Nick was awesome! I needed an outlet for my stove to be installed asap. He was able to get me in the next morning before other appointments because I was having a stove delivered later in the afternoon. He picked up the part and was here right on the dot. It only took him less then an hour to finish everything. Very professional and polite. I will definitely go to him when I need more work done. *if you are reading this Nick, sorry if you missed a couple calls from me. I think I pocket dialed your number a few times. Haha* pictures show what I had (straight wires to the stove) and the finished product of the range outlet for the new stove.

Great. Nick did great work. Quick, efficient and very thorough. the price was very competitive as well. We would definitely use him again and recommend to friends and family. Even cut drywall very cleanly to make it easy to plug where old outlet was

I spoke with Nick over the phone about my electrical issue and was very pleased he was able to fit me in the same day I called. I was looking at the possibility of not having a functioning kitchen heading into the weekend. Nick was on time, presented himself professionally and was very personable. He found the source of problem pretty quickly and replaced the faulty part and loose wiring. By fixing this one bad outlet the other outlets became usable. Pricing was fair and I will definitely call upon No Problem Construction for any future work.

I would definitely work with the No Problem Construction Team again. Nick is Great! He showed up on time, explained what was needed and performed the work he said he was going to do. I value his expertise and his honesty.

I've had several electricians work on my house and he by far was the best. Received 3 quotes and he was the cheapest and nicest out of the bunch. He even moved the giant bathroom mirror into the garage for me which was amazing as I couldn't budge the thing. Will use again.

They did excellent work. They picked up after themselves. I was blown away by his honesty and good work. We have had alot of compliments from our neighbors & friends on the work they did.

The 4 thermostats were replaced by Nick in a very professional manner. On one thermostat he had to go beyond the replacement of the thermostat. The wall heater did not want to come on. He deduced that the wall heater needed to be reset and got it working. On another wall heater I believed it was getting the wall too hot. He fixed the wall heater so that it doesn't do that anymore. During his visit I requested 2 estimates to be done. One for replacing fencing and the other to fix our kitchen faucet from freezing during the winter. He promised an estimate the next day. In summary Nick is very patient in answering questions that one may have on what he is doing. He is very experienced with not only electrical but much more. It was worth every penny spent on the work done. Thank You Nick!

as I said above, these guys were great, the plumber was quick and got the job done, even cleaned up the tub after. The lights were all installed, mud to clean up, texture, now I just have to touch up paint(my choice). The fence post was replaced, boards back up and yard secure, and the area was cleaned up, all the old junk gone. I have more work to be done and will use Nick again. the price was very good, the work done to my satisfaction, and he was really nice. Nick made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

My house is an old home, they did an excellent job, they were very respectful and friendly, and the prices are excellent. I am thoroughly happy with them.

Nick and his crew were very easy to work with. They were responsive to all questions and concerns. They wanted to make us happy and satisfied with the job. They did an excellent job. Nick was amazing! I called at 2:30pm after our hot tub was delivered (and we found out that installation was not part of the package) and Nick was here at my house by 6pm. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and didn't charge us an arm and a leg to do it! I am so unbelievably impressed by his willingness to come out to our home and hook up the hot tub same day. The quality of the work was fantastic and he took the time to answer all our questions and even stuck around to test all the functions of the hot tub! Thank you Nick-we will definitely be using your services again!

Made an appointment to have 2 doors installed with new hinges and knobs for two weeks out. Josh showed up and installed the doors. Did exactly what I wanted. Will use these guys again.

They were great in the beginning- very responsive and quick turn around but overall I felt they over promised and under delivered. Nick is the only one that knows what he's doing, they other guys although nice stood around a lot. The quality of work was subpar, with no regard for finish work. We had to do some repair work after they were done. They were nice guys but all and all we were disappointed with the quality of work.

Had an electrician walk on the job and I was in a pinch. I reached out to Nick on Father's Day and he not only respond on Father's Day, he was out there 2 days later. Nick and Troy are good guys. I got 3 bids. 2 of the 3 tried to take advantage my situation. Not Nick and Troy. Honest guys who did exactly as we agreed. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. As a real-estate investor, I understand that you are only as good as the guys working on your job. Nick and Troy were amazing and I will be using them again.

He didn't give me anything in writing, never gave me an itemized receipt. The job was supposed to start in August and end in three weeks later. It wasn't completed by the time I left for vacation. When I came back, part of the wall was missing, and the tub surround was completely messed up. For months I asked him for multiple things to be fixed. I'm certain he was using old parts for the jobs. I had to ask multiple times for things to be fixed, and for the itemized receipt. He was never on time, and it wasn't until FEBRUARY of the following year that I even got the final bill. I have recommended him to two of my friends because of jobs he had done for me in the past, but I will never recommend him to anyone else.

Fantastic electricians, great prices. They were very fast and professional. The work was done very neatly with the newly installed switch plate (new location install) looking like it was done with the original house construction. When they left everything was neat and clean. They gave me detailed estimates on several new upgrades and gave me great ideas and suggestions even when it meant showing me how i could do it myself rather then make them more money. I started with one job to check them out and i'm already scheduling for new upgrades now.Best electricians I've ever dealt with. Definitely give them a call.

I cannot say enough good things about Nick. We discovered yesterday an electrical circuit had died, as our pond pump outside stopped working. I left a message, saying it was not an emergency. Nick called back today (Sunday) and walked my husband and I through some troubleshooting maneuvers for 15 minutes, none of which worked. He then was able to come out the same afternoon, as he was booked the rest of the week. He found the problems and fixed them in just about an hour. And he didn't even charge extra for coming out on a weekend! He is also a very friendly guy and easily approachable. This is the 2nd time I've used his company and the first time I met Nick, as his assistant performed an earlier job. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anybody. His rates are incredibly reasonable and his responsiveness is outstanding!

Nick and his entire team were a pleasure to work with. Of the five bids I got for this job, Nick's happened to be the most competitive, but I would have used his services even if it had not. This was my first home improvement project; needless to say, I was a bit high maintenance. From our first meeting, Nick patiently answered my questions and allayed my fears. Nick's cheerful, courteous team members arrived punctually each morning at the agreed upon time, and took the time to go over the work that had been and/or had to be done, clarifying and answering my questions as necessary. They meticulously performed the work to my specifications, but went above and beyond, touching up paint and adjusting things here and there that were not part of the job, but simply because they noticed them. There was a minor delay in the tiling of the floors due to extremely cold temperatures that week, but the job was promptly completed when the weather allowed; the team even worked on the weekend to complete the job within the promised time frame. I will use No Problem Construction for any future home improvement projects, and I would recommend their services to anyone, without hesitation.

Nick maintains very good communication with customer . His estimates of costs are spot on, as are his estimates of time to complete jobs. Contractor showed up on time. Very respectful and courtesous. Cleaned up job site when complete. Very happy with service.
